For the last 5 months, every time and I mean every single time! Me and the roommates will make a simple order and half the food is missing, not once has an order been correct, I’m tired of giving them chances and returning to correct the order wasting gas, just a few weeks ago got the cantina chicken and there was no chicken or sauce, just the tortillas with cheese, I really don’t understand what’s going on here but we are done with this place for a while

I was the only person in the store ordered my food by the kiosk. There’s only two cars in the drive-through when I pulled in ordered my food. Had to wait almost 30 minutes on it for four tacos, a burrito, the cinnamon twist, and some chips and I filled up. I counted over 14 people at the window And I was waiting this whole time for my order. I think That’s absolutely ridiculous. If it wasn’t the only one around I wouldn’t even go here. Terrible service terrible length of time to wait. I wouldn’t even waste my time here, especially if you’re in a hurry.

The store needs to cut off doordash orders when they're lines exceed 30 minutes this is not fair for anyone. Shameful.

Very busy at the restaurant tonight with the football game and music fest. The team member that took our order and checked us out in the drive through was professional. Our order was correct, and she apologized for the wait. Food was good and overall I was impressed with the service.

The guy working right now at the Window with glasses is rude they messed up on my food and his response was do I have a receipt I said I just ordered this 30 sec ago I was checking my food he proceeded to stare at the receipt for another 2 min than says ok I’ll remake it. I get home they thru steak in burrito and didn’t remake it the burrito is ripped and the street chalupas have no sauce. I literally come here all the time ur Tuesday staff sucks u need the regular crew back because I haven’t had one complaint until today when I decided to go on a Tuesday instead of my normal days

The customer service was decent, BUT there serving portions were laughable. I ordered a crunch wrap and literally probably 1 table spoon of meat was in my wrap very disappointing. My cinnamon twist all tasted burnt. Wish I could have received a refund. Won't be going back I wanted to give this place a try since I hadn't been here in a while.
The food is meh, but I occasionally like it. Every single time I visit the Taco Bell in McHenry, they fail to include the sauce even though they ask and add it on to the receipt, I look in the bag and it's empty. No less than 20 times. Check your bag! Like everywhere, prices seem to have tripled 😞
