change of ownership has made this place decline. the tapioca is always hard like it's been overcooked or reheated. they also try to cheat you out if you order double tapioca, you order two scoops and they will try to get away with giving you one scoop every single time. wouldnt be an issue if I wasn't paying $1 extra each drink. it's exhausting having to argue the drink you pay for. and this is if they don't have their closed sign up during their open hours when the kids are working. at this point it's probably worth it to drive an extra 13 minutes to Coco Rolls in Crystal Lake

Just placed an order online through their website during their normal business hours. Arrived to find they're closed, even if though they charged me for my order which included a tip. When I call, they answer and hang up.

Service was terrible! We had placed an online order and were just picking up. When we got to the store, there was a note on the door saying that they'll be back in 5 minutes and the door was locked. Waited about half an hour, saw a teenage boy (only person in store) on his phone and laying on a couch when we tried knocking on the door again. The boy opened the door but didn't unlock it or take the note down. He gave the order and we left. When we drove past the store to leave, we saw him on the couch with his phone again.

Nothing is the same anymore. My wife and I ordered chicken ramen. We have had it before, many times and it was always delicious. This time we pay full price and get half of the ingredients. We did not have any eggs or bamboo shoots or green onions. The chicken was enough to make me want to barf. Extremely chewy and tough. We also got boba tea and my wife ordered coffee jelly in hers as well. She maybe had 10 tapioca pearls and a few jellies. If that is what you get for paying extra for extra ingredients, count me out. I decided to get a fruit tea. Wow! Not only did I barely have any popping boba (extra cost again) and the tea tastes like ice came out of a dirty ice maker (you know that taste…). How disgusting. 2 sips and I had to dump it out. We will never be wasting our money here again. Not sure if this is a change of ownership or just lack of care by employees but if I pay for something, I expect to at least get what I paid for. Smh never again!

Walked into the store just stood there with out anyone asking me if I needed any help with anything , A group of people just walked into the store cut in front of me when I was in line trying to get help. Very poor Customer Service no one even acknowledged me if I needed any help or if I wanted to order something felt very disrespectful. The blond at the cash register got done helping a customer she didn't even ask me can I help you when I was next in line she just walked away to go do something else. Very poor business practices would not recommend. This place needs to work on people skills.
Great selection and flavors. So happy they offer frozen teas as well. Love this place

I really love this place! The drinks are always fresh and delicious, and the boba is perfectly chewy every time. They have so many great flavors to choose from, and the quality is always consistent. Misia is super friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in — she really makes the experience even better. Definitely my favorite spot for bubble tea, and I highly recommend it to anyone.
