Good IF they’re open…I have gone on FOUR separate occasions during their normal business hours, just to find they are randomly closed. Ridiculously disappointing. Ever since the new owners have taken over, this has been a reoccurring problem.

Walked into the store just stood there with out anyone asking me if I needed any help with anything , A group of people just walked into the store cut in front of me when I was in line trying to get help. Very poor Customer Service no one even acknowledged me if I needed any help or if I wanted to order something felt very disrespectful. The blond at the cash register got done helping a customer she didn't even ask me can I help you when I was next in line she just walked away to go do something else. Very poor business practices would not recommend. This place needs to work on people skills.

I really love this place! The drinks are always fresh and delicious, and the boba is perfectly chewy every time. They have so many great flavors to choose from, and the quality is always consistent. Misia is super friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in — she really makes the experience even better. Definitely my favorite spot for bubble tea, and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Boba is pretty good but the times I've been there recently their Ramen is lacking. It used to be really good but the Ramen advertised (pork Ramen with bamboo shoots, corn, soft boiled egg) didn't have much of any of the items listed in it.

It's been a while since I've been here and the place is under new ownership. When I saw the poster board signs that they sell hot dogs, burgers and pizza, I had a bad feeling. It took an hour for two orders of ramen, one takoyaki and a boba smoothie. Mind you there was only a couple ahead of us and they got boba tea. The once flavorful pork ramen is flavorless, pale water. The takoyaki was decent so that's something. I wish the previous owners were still there. We won't be coming back sadly.
