Expensive but the food is good
A long standing restaurant with a nostalgic feel. Happy hour offers good values
We have always liked Village Squire, the atmosphere, the service and the environment has been good, but the last 2 visits the service with the same waitress has been very uncomfortable, she is a rude person, rushes us to order and constantly makes gestures of displeasure in an hostile manner, when my husband asked for another drink, she practically threw it on the table, turned around and hurried to go, not at all friendly, the attention feels forced, really we do not want to return from our last experience but we also wanted to give it another chance and returned, but unfortunately she served us again, really an unpleasant person. I believed her name is Emma.
Everything i have tried is very good, consistent with good food and good service.
Great service. Food is always good.
Great food, nice atmosphere inside. Nice live entertainment.
BBQ ribs were delicious. Lots of menu choices. Cocktail specials and a nice wine list
Always a satisfying experience

The Village Squire – Come for the Atmosphere, Stay for the Food (and Drinks!)
Let’s be real — people come to The Village Squire for the environment. And honestly, it’s worth it. For kids especially, it’s a memorable experience: wood walls, creaky floors, cozy booths, stained glass, and full suits of knight’s armor give it a medieval, storybook vibe that’s hard to forget.
That said, the food holds its own. The saganaki is exactly what you’d expect — hot, cheesy, and delicious. The endless popcorn appetizer is a quirky, fun touch that feels nostalgic and just plain good.
But my personal favorite? The Squire Drink Sampler. It’s the perfect way to try a bit of everything — a great mix of their best cocktails, and it always feels like a treat.
A cozy place filled with nostalgia & staff who are caring & attentive. If you’re looking for real food that’s still reasonably priced, this is a great place to swing by. Ample parking, clean bathrooms with friendly staff including the super sweet manager who stopped by our table to say hello. Sorry I didn’t snag pics but will when I return.
I ordered 2 chocolate cake’s and I found a finger nail in both cakes. How is that possible. It was so gross I’m never getting food from village squire ever again. Imagine if we had ordered food… would we have found the other 8 finger nails?
Went for my wife birthday everything was great
This place reminds me of the Ugly Duckling from the animated Disney movie Rapunzel it has a medieval/rustic feel around a bar and delicious entrees. Saganaki is always fire.
