This place has GREAT FOOD... however the Bartender JAKE (Claims he's from state farm) not sure it's his real name.... was not a very good representative of the establishment... I ordered from the website .. dro e ALL THE WAY from Woodstock... to pick up. I arrived ... 1 hour later ... the food wasn't ready .... but after a 5 min wait... another customer came in ..Jake called her by her name and gave her her food rte away while I waited an additional 5 min. My suggestion.. .. GET RID OF JAKE ... and had out orders the way they were ordered. My order was 73.00 I WONT BE GETTING THIS FOOD AGAIN unless in the direct area. And if JAKE isn't there!!!

Our family went to Von Bergen’s sunflower farm for the day. I googled top reviewed food near me and this place came up. We love Greek food so this was perfect.
Upon entering we were greeted by all the staff despite being busy. We started with saganaki and then we all ordered the gyros plate and a kids cheese burger. Saganaki was wildly delicious. It was on par and better than some of the Chicago restaurants in the Greek district. The place is set up as a bar but is definitely family friendly and had an outdoor area as well. Main entrees were great as well. Very generous portions. Service was fantastic! Military friendly as well. This place is a hidden gem!

This is the best restaurant in McHenry. I have to give them props for the great Greek meats and dips. I’d lean into this even more and offer even more Greek entrees and appetisers to be truly unique.
This is absolutely the best gyros plater I ever had. You definitely get your moneys worth and I know this is the only place Ill go from now on.

Big portions. Delicious Gyros served on a platter with each ingredient separate. You build your own gyros just the way you like it. Friendly staff. They all seem to like being there. Neighborhood bar vibe.

We've been coming here for about a year now monthly and can't stop! The food is drool worthy if you like Greek food and seems to keep getting better , the service is always top tier, and you can bring your dogs if you sit outside ?! What's not to love ?!
