BEWARE. They serve raw food and terrible managers.
Last night my husband went to the location In McHenry, IL (off of Richmond) through the drive through. My chicken sandwich was not cooked thoroughly and both of us have been frequenting the bathroom since. For the 3rd time this store got an order WRONG.
I'm highly allergic to onions, i specifically ordered no onions. i verified order.

The only way this location could improve is to fire its entire staff and start over. The gross incompetence at this location is ridiculous and their attempts to correct it are worse. In 3 of my last 5 trips I've had sandwiches missing half the ingredients including half the bun. I've been told to wait for a new batch of fries to get cooked only to get wet uncooked potato chunks.
