The lady who helped me was nice. The food was good. There was not 1 single table that was clean. The restaurant only had 1 other person in it so they were not busy. It was disgusting. The workers were in the back swearing. And all around there’s no reason for how nasty the place was.

Went there at 8 pm on 12/16 ordered a double baconator didn’t get a baconator. Got a double cheeseburger. Ordered 2 baconator fries they put straight up bacon strips on the fries.

I tried their breakfast sandwich for the first time last Tuesday. It tasted kinda odd, I’m not used to Swiss cheese & thought it was that…I wish I stopped eating it while I had the chance. I’ve been sick with food poisoning since! Coming out both ends! It’s now Thursday & I’m finally getting food to stay in me again, tho being very cautious what I eat right now. The staff looked very sketchy & I worried they dropped the sandwich & just served it anyway. No smiles, just grunts & stick hand out the window to hand me a bag. Or the food just went bad. Regardless, beware of this facility!

Last night my husband went to the location In McHenry, IL (off of Richmond) through the drive through. My chicken sandwich was not cooked thoroughly and both of us have been frequenting the bathroom since. We called the same night and were promised a full refund by the manager on duty, Alyssa, but when I wife went today to collect the refund, the woman at the window, “Danielle” (supposed manager) refused and offered a partial instead. When I told her that’s not what I was told, she said she doesn’t have authority to refund $30 and anyway, Alyssa only authorized the spicy chicken refund to her. When I asked to speak with the GM, she was refused (Makayla, that’s you) and instead, the police were called. I’ve already called their corporate line and an expecting a call from their district manager. Makayla and Alyssa, when I come back tomorrow I’ll be asking for that refund again. Also, seeing other reviews, I’ve seen photos of peoples food with a bug in it, very old and soggy lettuce, and multiple complaints of your staff having a terrible attitude. I will not get food from here again. Overall terrible customer service and bad attitudes.
And for the record, I’m not going hungry over $30! The fact that you served me RAW food and promised to make it right but then reneged on that promise is what pisses me off!

Last night I went through the drive through to get some food for me and my family, but when I got home, my wife’s chicken sandwich was not fully cooked and both of us had stomach problems the rest of the night. The same night, my wife called to complain and the manager on duty promised a full refund on the meal. When my wife drove over, they refused to give the full refund as promised and only offered a partial refund. She asked to speak with the GM and the person working the window refused to allow her to speak with that person and instead, called the police. I’ve already reached out to corporate and am expecting a call from the district manager. This woman is acting like refusing the refund will bump her check somehow. Just fork over the money that we were promised so we can move on. Don’t go here, these people suck.

Went through the drive thru ordered spicy nuggets got normal nuggets, fry’s taste like they haven’t changed their oil in months horrible, the kids working there are rude and don’t pay attention to what they handout the window. Some have fake nails that shouldn’t be worn since it’s a kitchen overall just go to Woodstock or crystal lake this place has gone down hill over the years

Went to this location for a salad for lunch, once I started eating I found a bug inside the salad. I attempted to call the location 2 times and it went straight to voicemail. The location did not provide a receipt at time of service.
