Forgot my item and charged me for it. Online price shows different from actual price. Also highly dislike the auto voice in drive thru trying to take order, no rather a human.

We love Wendy's but on our last trip the didn't put one of the burgers we ordered in our bag and they added onions on the burger we said no onions. They did correct it when I called to let them know. That's another reason why we love Wendy's. They fix their mistakes. Bottom line, great fast food. I highly recommend Wendy's.

Placed my order 15 minutes before I even went there. Then they had the doors locked early so I had to go through the drive thru and wait for 5 cars ahead of me by the time I got to the window they still didn't have my food ready. 30 minutes for fast food!? Terrible

I can vouch for all the bad reviews on here. I don’t normally write reviews but feel like I had too after seeing all the tables disgusting and the pop machine never has any flavors; there is NO ICE, and pop was cold coming out. Condiment counter is a mess with stuff smeared all over it. Staff are laughing having a grand old time in the back while the new guy takes the orders. Food taste mid at best. The Wendy’s twitter account would not approve of this location.

I work at Strickland brothers and perform on cars. The service I received was so horrible, I would never go there again, I recommend working the issue than making it a show for customers. Was so unwelcoming I rather never give my money to Wendy’s again!! Horrible especially the male who sat doing nothing at the window while everyone else did something.

Staff is always friendly at this location food is always hot and fresh made. And the fact that they put up with my noisy group my head is off to them I come in with like 4 or 5 kids regularly

They people working the window were nice, but my order was kind of a mess. Firstly, they were out of chili and offered me other items, which was nice, but I didn't want any, so they took it off. I thought that also meant a refund, but I guess there's no such luck on a mobile order. There were no spoons or straws in my bag for my frosty or drink, and my ranch was missing. It was busy, yes, but Im dissappointed nonetheless.

The lady who helped me was nice. The food was good. There was not 1 single table that was clean. The restaurant only had 1 other person in it so they were not busy. It was disgusting. The workers were in the back swearing. And all around there’s no reason for how nasty the place was.
