This location has always been terrible but it’s even worse. The Manager is not friendly, always tries to duck when asked for, and when you go for hot salty fries, you get warm unsalted fries… takes forever to get food, not clean ever, sweet tea is always sour because they don’t clean the nozzles and it sits for 8 hours before being refreshed, lousy service… 4 years in this town and it’s not gotten any better!
Absolutely terrible customer service by the manager!! She had an attitude from the time we were ordering our food, and then again when we got to the window. Shoved the food out the window. Not a thanks for stopping or Happy New Year, nothing but mean glares.
When we went to check the bag, she screams “it’s all in the bag, you need to go”. The order in fact was not correct and was missing a sandwich. We tell the poor kid at the window, she screams again from behind him....read full review
