As good as McDonald's gets. Fast, friendly service, and food arrived hot. Better than the nearby truck stop!

Every time I come here the employees seem like they would rather be anywhere else. Today I thought I would quickly stop through the drive through and of course had to pull over and wait for a single sandwich and drink. I don’t know if I have ever been here and not had to pull over and wait. Not really fast food!!!

I stopped here as I always do while traveling due to convenient location.This was the worst experience I've ever had in coming here over 8 years .used the indoor kiosk, there was 4 cars in the drive thru and one table who already was eating.it was 4:30 . I waited 14 min to finally go to the counter to ask for my meal.iz was sitting getting cold on the side counter $5meal and tea should not take 14 min I will advising a9mmyRV traveling groups not to stop here anymore . Horrible service

I was just at the McDonald's in McLean, IL. First of all, the restrooms are absolutely filthy. Secondly, an older gentleman fell and hit his head by the drinks machine, and no one came to help him. I don't know if he slipped and fell or if he passed out, but he fell flat on his back. An employee who was running food outside came by, and I asked her to get a manager. She said a manager was coming, but no one ever came out. The man's wife said he was OK and just needed to sit down, but he looked pretty dazed to me. A manager should have immediately dropped what they were doing to come check on this customer and insist that he get checked out. There was also soda spilled all over the floor. I spotted a wet floor sign and grabbed it to put it by the spill. However, I as a customer should not be doing the manager's job. Employee training is seriously lacking at this location.

Worst mcdonald food ever...just snapped together with old muffins hard as a rock from. Sitting out in open air sorry that I went here !

I try hard not to be negative but when they pull you forward from the window and you wait for 20 minutes for a basic burger and fries….come on. Maybe there was an issue inside but there ended up being 6 cars waiting. Hope this isn’t an everyday occurrence.

Stopped in on 12/26 was disappointed with this visit. used the kiosk, and the kiosk was out of receipt paper. wanted to get my receipt but there was a line for the register. I wanted to clean the table because all the tables seemed dirty I wanted to use some sanitizer to clean the greasy spots off of the table, they were all empty. The Dr Pepper i wanted for a drink was out. the lady delivered the food and unprompted said we have not had clean trays in a few hours. Not sure why that info was volunteered. the coke I received in place of the Dr. P was only about half full. I had ordered the Mc Rib with extra pickles, the slip on the box said extra pickles but there were only 2 slices of pickle on the sandwich, the bun was not the proper bun for the Mc Rib it was just a standard hamburger bun. I went to say something and get my receipt and there was still a huge line of people waiting to speak to the person at the register. I gave up and just finished my food and left. On the plus side the food was hot.
Take with. Fries were cold. Stood waiting. Then see one employee tell the other that the bag sitting under the warmer was for us. Hands it to us no words and goes back to talking to the others. We left. Traveling so doubtful we'd ever go that store again anyway.
Men's room floor was standing puddles of water no idea why. Just an orange cone in the corner

This place is way to slow for me. Ain't no way someone should be sitting at the speaker for over 5 minutes for each car. Been sitting here for over 30 minutes and of course it's one of those once your in line your stuck in line. This would be a place I'm going to recommend to keep on moving. If you got all day to sit and wait in line this is the place for you.
