It’s highly recommended to drive to the McDonald’s in Lincoln or Bloomington instead. Unfortunately, this location is the closest option, yet the quality and service have been consistently disappointing. There was no one in the drive-through and only one family ahead inside, but the wait was still 20 minutes only to receive cold, stale fries and a cold burger. Waiting itself isn’t the issue receiving cold food after such a long wait is what’s unsettling. Sadly, this isn’t a one-time experience but a recurring issue at this location.
Having a McDonald’s right off the interstate in a small town like McLean is a big deal, and it’s disappointing that this opportunity isn’t taken more seriously. Hopefully, one day this location will be something the community can be proud of, with service that reflects that importance.

Didn't bother to update hours for holidays. I placed an order in the app, only to get there and find nobody manning the drive through (even though it was all lit up, which is why I waited) and the doors locked. So now I guess I'll get a refund in a week or so. Maybe.
Good for the employees for getting the day off, of course. But terrible management not taking a couple of seconds to update like every other store in about a 60 mile radius. If they're missing that detail, do you think your order will be accurate? Nope.
Just keep driving to Lincoln or Bloomington if you want McDonald's. Thank me later.

When I got my food I Politely asked the guy working for a couple ranches he gets a attitude and says “alright have a nice day” and for as much food as I got they should’ve gave me more than one sauce. Worst McDonalds ever!!!
