I recently visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointed by the lack of hygiene and professionalism from the staff. I witnessed one of the employees sneezing directly onto their gloves and continuing to handle food without changing them. Additionally, the staff were using their cellphones while preparing food, AWFUL!!!!!

On night shift of 10th October 2025 the big boy was sneezing and touching the food, even gloves were not changed and using one hand without gloves..🤮

It was a Saturday afternoon an at this time a bigger guy with blonde hair named (STEVEN) was working and me an my wife came into the store and he seemed busy making another order which seemed to be a mobile order so we waited patiently but while he was making there order he started talking to us an I use to work there personally an guarantee this is not how an employee should ever act towards others let me start of by saying behind the counter he kept calling me a chill dude n repetitively asked for my phone number multiple times to a uncomfortable level then I started my order with a foot long an asked for bacon pepper jack an to toast it then as he finnished the first part of my order he started with my wife’s order she started with bread by saying I want a six inch an he interrupted her saying OH SO YOU WANT A FOOTLONG very obnoxiously then kept it at a foot long not listening or caring what she asked for correctly so I still payed for a foot long but still the fact is after he got done putting her meats on her sandwich he kept harassing me for my phone number an the we get to our vegetables he started with mine an I told him I wanted to start with 6 jalapeño then he grabs I’m not joking probably 40 like TWO BIG HANDFULLS of them I asked him to remove a bit of those cause I told him I only wanted six cause my stomach hurt he removed barley any of them then I asked for olives AND HE DOES THE SAME THING saying an I quote “I have big hands” I told him to pinch it then not gonna lie 🤣🤣😭but my girl gets her vegetables n stuff we pay we dine in like we WANTED TO then the guy goes outside hits his vape offers me a hit of it then when he gets inside STEVEN PULLS A CHAIR NEXT TO US an starts interrupting me an my wife’s conversation an time together he just kept harassing me we only ate half our sandwich grabbed our stuff and left I will say I’m NEVER COMING BACK 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Quite possibly the WORST sandwich and service I’ve EVER gotten at a subway. The employee acted as if he hated his job and customers were an inconvenience in his life. He hap hazardly slapped the sandwiches together. I ordered a footling rotisserie style chicken foot long on Italian herbs & cheese. As I began eating the sandwich, the first bite, the bread was stale, hard and chewy. Not even close to fresh. After choking down the first half, I couldn’t bring myself to eating the other half. I picked through the ingredients. Wrapped up about a 1/3 of the sandwich and threw it away. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to any subway for a long time. No one cares anymore. They used to proclaim themselves as “Sandwich Artists”…. Picasso wouldn’t screw up an abstract as bad as my sandwich. If I could rate 0, I would.
This Location sucks same sandwich that cost in other locations $11 here cost me $17.39 this is crazy. I bought same sandwich this week there is no way it went up $6 dollars in 1 day this is the most expensive Location for this 1 star

Corbin was one of the rudest people I have encountered in a while. When I arrived he was in the back so I rang the bell when he arrived he stated “What do you want”. Once I unwrapped my sandwich I found it falling apart and hard to eat. I will not be stopping here again
