They are under staffed the managers are unfair to employees my sister has worked there for 2 years now she has worked alone most of her shifts always there to open or close the store there when they call her has missed family events bc they wouldn’t let her leave. The other day at work she passed out and ended up breaking her hand and all the managers did was laugh and blow her phone up about a doctors note no one asked if she was okay or anything. She has never been asked to be a manager but she is left to do everything a manager should do this girl deserves more and hopefully this will bring more attention.

Justin was the guy who did a great job. Very attentive, made sure the sub was made well. Had an excellent attitude as well. I would stop here again if I knew his work schedule.

Worst subway. I stopped going here because they always get my order wrong. I haven't been to this establishment in 6 months and I live in town! Decided to give this one a try one more time tonight. Ordered a spicy Italian via mobile and got a meatball sub. The receipt was in the bag too!!! And said SPICY ITALIAN. Wtf this place is a joke

What a joke! Went in 8/24 to order a sandwich. Young kid working. No acknowledgment of me walking in or standing there for a couple minutes. Not give me a second, let me finish this real quick. Nothing! I turned around and walked out. Terrible customer service. What is wrong with these young kids. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Hotter than blazes in there. Come on subway mgr. do better. Won’t be going back… EVER place was dirty too.

Stopped Monday night. There were 2 people waiting and 1 girl working. I ordered 2 sandwiches with the same thing to save us both time. The girl was friendly and calm and did a good job making food and running the register. Glad to see she had a tip jar. There were only 2 types of bread available and she was out of stuff in the case but reached in the fridge to restock what she could. Kudos to her for working!!..Management needs to give her a raise and promotion and get the poor girl some help!

Toasters is broken ?Was told it has been broke for over 2 months. Hard to eat certain sandwiches without being toasted. So I ordered a tuna.The person making the sandwich was friendly, just frustrated because of the equipment issues.Really subway.. Months without a working toaster.
Vegetables were the furthest thing from fresh that I could imagine. Service with a smile is lost on this place. I felt like I was interrupting the work the person was doing in the back and she never smiled or said anything. On top of that, I was charged $14 for a footlong steak with 1 extra tray of meat. Seriously? I should've just gone to a real restaurant with good food. Definitely will not be back.

This was the only Subway open on Easter within 15 miles of home. It was worth driving there!
My family and I really enjoyed our food. You know even though a lot of items were not available. Which is understood. Busy place and the truck hasn't came in to restock. The staff member on duty Justin (working alone) was very polite, patient and respectful. Great customer service.

Subway - eat fresh doesn't belong to this location. Half of the veggies were old, I asked if I could get some fresh lettuce, and the lady got mad and responded that's the lettuce we have. Cucumbers had mold on them. Terrible. I shouldn't have bought the sandwich

This is absolutely pathetic. Over the road truck driver looking for a place to eat and you can't even stay open long enough to feed us trying to get out of here make a living. Don't even give me the excuse for covid-19.
