We were there on Friday night. I ordered the fish trio, shrimp, clams and fried fish. It was great. The portions were huge. The food was cooked to perfection. A lot of places don't know how to cook clam strips. These folks cooked them to perfection. We were pleased and will go back.

We hired Adam (Deep South owner) to cater my son’s wedding on 10/11/2025. Everything was fine up until the day of the wedding. Pre wedding I had a call to go over menu, week before had another call to finalize everything. The day of the wedding was a disaster. Food was 45 mins late. 3 calls were made to the restaurant & to Adam & was told each time “the food was on the way”. The wedding venue was only 15 mins from the restaurant. The majority of the food was cold. The rolls were not fully cooked & the amount of rolls provided were not what was ordered. Missing items from the final list are as follows: entire garden salad & dressings, chafing trays, serving utensils, cups, bowls. I did call and talk to Adam on 10/14/2024 & he apologized and was sending me a refund. On 10/24/2025 I messaged Adam asking if check was in the mail as I had not yet received it & he assured me it was. On 11/11/2025 I messaged Adam again as I had not received the refund & he never responded. I would not recommend Deep South for your catering needs.

Excellent Everything! Onion Rings, and Jalapeno Poppers were so good! Mushroom Swiss burger on pretzel bun and fries was yummo! The lobster alfredo, garlic bread, and salad was delicious! And the fish and seasoned fries were excellent! Our waitress Brooke Healy was very polite and attentive! The food was on our table in no time on a Friday night, and the prices were very reasonable! We will absolutely be back!

Friday night is truly a great time to come. All you can eat fish just keeps coming till you say uncle. Their servings are huge and the regular meals are ample for most people. You will find this a great stop if your hungry you won't leave that way.
I want to start out by saying, our server was amazing. I didn’t catch her name but she was nice, professional and attentive. Though our food was a different story. We went for their Saturday steak and seafood specials. I didn’t get pictures but I ordered the crab legs and my boyfriend ordered the ribeye. My crab legs were extremely overcooked. Super stringy. There wasn’t any sweetness to the crab that snow crab should have. My boyfriend’s ribeye was full of gristle and just overall wasn’t a great steak. He spit out over half the steak due to the gristle. The spicy (pepper jack) cheese cubes were pretty good but were cold upon arrival. The butter I requested for the crab legs was not very good. Likely margarine. We won’t be going back due to the food alone. The service was amazing but the food, not so much.
