Super disappointed. Used to love this place.Now they mess your order up and the workers thinks it’s funny and laugh and make jokes in the back, then comes out front and makes a joke about something I didn’t like on my plate that I specifically asked for none of.Got my second order and my Mountain Dew was flat ? which it happens, but opened my food again and the bacon looked completely raw and stringy ? which just made me lose my appetite. So unfortunately won’t be coming here for the bbq anymore. Just pretty disappointing

It was so good I got the ayce crablegs and it was fresh and steaming and the waitress was amazing. The crab was also like 45 dollars and it was fresh and hot.Also theres alot more that is good, ive tried it. Addison was so nice and helpful. Good service and food. Atmosphere is good but could be a little less America and beer stuff but it wasn't alot so it was still a good Atmosphere. Not to much not to little

Food was horrible, we ordered ribs and they were hard and dry. After being asked how our meal was, we told them and they just"oh I'm sorry". We ordered a full rack of ribs maybe ate 3 bites. They never even offered to lie or bill.

I've been to Deep South several times and have never had a bad experience. So far, we always order a combination of wings, burgers, and Pizza. Everything has been great! We try to get a specialty pizza whenever we go. The pickle pizza is amazing as well as the chicken bacon ranch.
Fantastic food and service. We started out with BBQ nachos appetizer which were delicious. He ordered the Fox Fire burger and I ordered the Mushroom Swiss with a side of cheese curds. And I put some of those cheese curds on my burger like the Fox Fire already had. And it was sooo good. There were so many great options to choose from and you can bet we will be back to try them!And our waitress was very nice and attentive.

We drove from Evansville to eat AYCE crablegs. My wife and I ordered the all you can eat and our daughter wanted to try the all you can eat as well. She ate 2 legs off of her cluster and didn't like them. So we ordered her shrimp instead. We figured maybe they would just charge for the shrimp and her 2 sides. They charged us the full price for all 3 AYCE orders plus 8.00 for her shrimp. The waitress said her boss told her he she couldn't take a charge off. Now as a manager I would think they could at least come out and talk to us about it instead of sending the poor waitress out to do it. So needless to say that left a bad taste in our mouth and we probably won't make the drive to come back. Our waitress was amazing and the food was great, we even ordered our daughter dessert. I am just a little disappointed in the customer service with management.

Not open. Drove over a hour and they were closed on Thursday got there at 2:15. Very disappointed. I was so looking forward to trying a new restaurant in Southern Illinois.

We drove an hour and a half to try Deep South! It’s the only place around with an unlimited crab leg special (only on Saturdays). 4 people in our group did the crab legs while 2 others ordered off of the regular menu! The crab was tough to crack but it was fun and memorable! I’ll definitely be back but I’ll try something else on the menu next time. The crab was delicious but a lot of work! The crab special does include 2 sides! The fries were absolutely fantastic!

Heather, Jason, Me, my Mother and my two grandchildren had Deep South pizza tonight. It was very good and it had cauliflower crust. I have never had that before, so I had no clue what it would taste like? I really can not tell the difference. That's what I will have from now on.
