Farris’ Family Restaurant

Hello I am a family member of one of the workers there and hope u know the new owner of Farris is discriminating against my mother for have colored hair and contact well I think that’s not right and this is not right I fell like she should be respected and if he has a beard he needs to shave or a beard net and also she has no contact with any of the customers she washes the dishes this is really sad and I’m disappointed in the people of mcleansburo and also I hope u guys know that’s he’s going to have his under age daughter that’s doesn’t have a worker permit im just trying to say is that that’s discrimination

Stopped in with my wife. First visit. Very fast service. Friendly staff and customers. Our waitress Brandi is exceptionally good at her job. Checked in with us and had very nice conversation with her. Very good food. We would recommend Farris and we plan on going back. One of the customers even bought our meals!! Give it a try!!

This place is a small friendly restraint. We came in from Missouri and ate here after a few hours of driving and it was very delicious and the people are extremely nice. I would recommend eating here to someone.

We always play Russian roulette with the restaurants on the gps when we go on a road trip. Sometimes it’s a hit sometimes it’s a miss. This place was definitely a hit! Great small town diner with great food, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere!

Small town diner, always friendly service! Been here for years and still survives! Had breakfast the other day biscuits and gravy with two eggs over easy. Exactly what I expected! Stop in and get you some good food!

The salad bar was the pitts so didn't have the buffet had a sandwich which was good. The place was not the cleanest but the service was good especially since we came as a group, met the owner very nice the place needs some tlc but food is good.

Amazing food, great service and good prices. Loved it, I'll be going there again for the food and friendly faces.

Parking: Parking right in front. Handicap is on the side for easy access.

Kid-friendliness: The children I saw there were excited to be there and well behaved.

Our first time to eat at Farris' restaurant. Friendly staff, Good Price, Very Good Food and homemade ice cream for dessert. We both had chicken fried steak and it was delicious and tender.
They also serve breakfast all day.
We will return when we can. It's always good to have a good meal to look forward to.
