Bought an egg et cheese biscut, $4.69 came up on the screen, got to the window et was told the total was $6.00,the cashier at the window said I rounded up to the next dollar. Did not ask if that was OK. So an egg et cheese biscut was $6.00. Called the manager et he said there was nothing wrong, she just added the tax, the total was on the screen. 1st thing, an egg, piece of cheese, et a biscut cost $6.00. 2nd thing, was not asked if I wanted to round up. 3rd thing manager heard this exchange et did not see anything wrong. Don't go there much anyway, so it won't matter in the great scheme for things if I dont go there ever again.

They screw up our order more than they get it correct. They are always running around giggling instead of focusing on tasks. Today, I paid for a large coke that I did not order. Then they proceeded to give me my order. Worst Mcodnalds I’ve ever been to.

Jaiden the manager on duty tonight was awesome about getting our food to us in a timely manner and despite showing up relatively late to closing the manager and specifically the employee Tuff was understanding and made our experience efficient and happy.

I was in the drive through today waiting for my 2 separate orders, not big ones, was pulled forward to wait around 7 to 8 minutes. When the young person working brought the food out, 1 sandwich was hot, everything else including fries in both orders was COLD, NOT FRESH AT ALL. Very disappointed

And they’re lucky to get the one star. Placed order and was the only vehicle in the drive thru. Lady at the pay window just ignored me and walked away. The other 2 standing there did too. Finally after several minutes a typical lazy kid showed up and still ignored me. After asking if they wanted $ she finally took it. By this time, my order was cold and nasty. Never again.

Terrible customer service. Do not care about anything. I order a meal but apparently it was not put in that way. I asked for my hash brown. She would not look at me and talk. Instead she turned around and started aggressively looking at recipes. And saying “you didn’t pay for it” not once did she address me. I just sat at the window absolutely dumbfounded by how this girl adult was acting. Not once did she apologize or say anything to that sort. I have been to this place a million times and NEVER had this bad of experience as this.
Everytime I get a big breakfast they always put two different eggs instead of my sausage. I feel everytime I go through there is something messed up and I have to go back. They used to always get my orders right… if I’m paying $20 every time my family goes I expect it to be right.

Came back to McDonald's. The new chicken strips basket with chili dip was excellent. Had twice. Delicious chicken, good serving size. Hot fries. Full flavored Dr. Pepper. Order came in drive fast. 3rd meal of nuggets was perfect. Ice cream very good. Will be visiting more now.
