Stopped in ordered a two piece meal had to wait ten minutes just to order I felt sorry for the girl working the drive through AND the counter so I was patient. No ice in the machine and the pop was room temp and flat. Floor was dirty. Hats off to the help for working really hard to do their best but I won’t be coming back

Their food is always great ! What meant even more to me are the people who work there . Kind doesn't even come close to how I feel. I was stranded with a flat tire and damaged rim . I didn't have my cell phone with and was desperate. I went in just to see if I could use a phone. Everyone there were so kind and helpful to me. I couldn't have been more frazzled. They couldn't have been nicer. Not only did they take the time to let me use their phones and helped me with seeing who I could call, one very sweet girl actually drove me home !! The people here go far above and beyond for people. I'll never be able to thank them enough! I hope the owners know what good people they have there !

Website (and the front door) posts a closing time of 10:00 on Saturday night. I am a truck driver that HAS stopped at this KFC several times when at the truck stop for an evening. Walked to the door at 9:00 pm on 05/10/25. Door was locked. 3 staff were sitting in the dining room. Nobody came to the door. Called restaurant as I walked back to my truck. Was told dining room closes at 8:00 and that I could walk to the drive-thru window to place an order. Why did no one approach the door when they saw me try to open the locked door? Since I was at my truck I did not bother to walk back. Hate to say it, but one more business obviously doesn't see the need to accommodate the professional truck driver. As much as it pains me, McDonald's will get my business over KFC when in Mendota.

Food was absolutely horrible! Coleslaw was like soup.. I ordered mash potatoes and got mac n cheese.. chicken was the smallest breast I have ever seen.. do not recommend this location
I love coming to this location. They offer Taco Bell food as well as KFC what's not to love. The food is always hot and fresh. Dining are is very spacious.
