Absolute worst McDonald's I've been to. Cold fries and nuggets, hard buns, meat was burnt and old. Not worth a crap. Do better for $15 a hr.

Found a hair in between my burger. Cooks had long hair, not even tied up, and no hair net. So important to wear hairnets in the kitchen!! Nasty 🤮

I ordered a Pancake breakfast meal. 1 biscuit, 3 pancakes, 1 sausage, scramble eggs, and hashbrowns that came with the meal. They did not gave me any Plastic silverware and Syrup And the butter With my Meal. All they gave me is napkins with My meal, that's it. The girl Wasn't too friendly when I went inside for my plastic silverware. I did not care for eating my food without Syrup and butter! It tasted too dry. I hate spending all that money on food Without anything to put on it.
Since the move to this new store they have yet to get an order right unfortunately for my family. Anytime we come to mendota we usually stop by here and never fails something on our order gets messed up, yes it's no big deal but super annoying after 10 times

We called around 6:30 pm and asked if frappes were available. The fella said yes. We arrived around 7:20 and came inside to order 2 large frappes. The older lady said she was cleaning the machine. Told her we traveled a distance and called ahead. She repeated she was cleaning the machine. We left very disappointed. It appears that Pontiac McDonald's machine doesn't work and Chenoa's machine has broken parts. Beginning to think McDonald's just doesn't want to make frappes...too much work....take it off the menu.
