I ordered a Pancake breakfast meal. 1 biscuit, 3 pancakes, 1 sausage, scramble eggs, and hashbrowns that came with the meal. They did not gave me any Plastic silverware and Syrup And the butter With my Meal. All they gave me is napkins with My meal, that's it. The girl Wasn't too friendly when I went inside for my plastic silverware. I did not care for eating my food without Syrup and butter! It tasted too dry. I hate spending all that money on food Without anything to put on it.

Since the move to this new store they have yet to get an order right unfortunately for my family. Anytime we come to mendota we usually stop by here and never fails something on our order gets messed up, yes it's no big deal but super annoying after 10 times

We called around 6:30 pm and asked if frappes were available. The fella said yes. We arrived around 7:20 and came inside to order 2 large frappes. The older lady said she was cleaning the machine. Told her we traveled a distance and called ahead. She repeated she was cleaning the machine. We left very disappointed. It appears that Pontiac McDonald's machine doesn't work and Chenoa's machine has broken parts. Beginning to think McDonald's just doesn't want to make frappes...too much work....take it off the menu.

We stopped at McDonald’s in Mendota for breakfast while on a road trip. The hash browns were way over cooked and the bagels were either stale, overcooked or both. Very disappointing breakfast and we typically love the hash browns and bagel sandwiches.

The slackest McDonald’s I have ever been too. I ordered a fillet o fish no tarter add mayo at the drive thru. Checked my food no cheese. Went inside and the manager had an attitude about. Is it really that hard you have the signs in front your face on how to make a sandwich

Ordered four quarter pounders with cheese, 2 lg fries, 20 piece nuggets and a chocolate shake. All four burgers had microdots of mustard and a couple pickles, not to mention they were very pink on the inside. Fries were hard and dried out with no flavor. The nuggets weren’t bad, but not fresh considering we had to wait for them. Chocolate shake tastes good but was melted.

Staff at the drive through were nice and pleasant. Big Mac appeared to be thrown together and we were missing a fry in the Happy Meal and a medium fry. Last week the other McDonalds in Mendota didn't have chocolate shakes but still took my money for two. They handed me two vanilla shakes without saying a thing. When I questioned the vanilla shakes, she said oh yeah, we are out. I'm sorry. Why are we paying more money?

Not the cheap one that used to be a dollar but is now 3 dollars, that one still sucks. The expensive one.... That one's fine.Just go to a Taco Bell. But not the one in Mendota.... That taco bell is iffy at best.
