The food was ice cold. The person at the counter taking our order was very rude. It tasted like it was made months ago. All was just horrible. Will never go there again.

Night shift has real bad attitudes, real dismissive and sits on their phones in front of customers. I basically had my food thrown across the table at me and didnt get any whipped cream on my shake. As someone who has worked night shift at fast food this is not how to treat customers or act towards people!!!! Real disappointmenting when its a manager acting like this too!

This store is more like biuld-a-burger. Every i mean every sandwich I've ordered i have to disassemble and reassemble bc its SLAPPED TOGETHER. Atleast 3 burgers a week if not more.
