Went there for lunch no tomatoes for the sandwiches was told they didn't have time to cut some for our sandwiches. No cookies out they said that they were to hot to put out. I ordered a subway club and got a Italian BMT. This why we go to Jersey Mike's or Firehouse for subs. Done with subway

This subway was terrible. They were out of breads. I couldn't get flat bread because the toaster was down. She refused to put extra toppings on our sandwiches and the girl had a terrible attitude. I maybe would have been more forgiving except for that. Her responses, nope, can't do that, not today. She probably should have better customer service attitude. I wouldn't have given this store any stars and will not go back.

CANT DESCRIBE HOW RUDE THEY ARE!! uncalled for she should be fired she was slamming things , very rude with customers , for no reason like she did not want us in there !!! she should be reported!

Today kayla the manager and her one staff that refused to give her name, she has red hair. They were very rude, not only to me but to the customers behind me as well. Perhaps its to much work just for these two alone. They Told me i had to heat my vegetables for my sandwich , when i insisted on putting my vegetables on afterwards they both said agreed out loud for everyone to hear that my sandwich was disgusting. The manager kayla said “do what you want, i am the manager .”when i told her i was going to complain. I believe they both are just over worked because they both were very stressed out. Never been to a Subway that has had such unfriendly and unpleasant service. The meat products were all covered with a film and partially dried out, the bread was dry and crumbled in my hands. Must say for a $10 sandwich I got screwed.
