Just went through the drive-thru and enjoyed my meal. I got a double decker taco with chicken and spicy bean and rice burrito. They were prepared properly and tasted good. I still wish Taco Bell would lower their prices some. This was a good visit.

Shouldn't take 15 mins for someone to greet you in drive through for an order. Especially when theres only two other cars. If they were busier? Id understand. Ended up driving off on 9/14/2025 for lack of service.

Exceptional slow and I ordered ahead on the app. Waited over 10 minutes for order in the drive through and it was sitting on the counter the whole time. No silverware or napkins provided and they failed to give us the dipping sauce ordered.

Don't go to this location. No drinks no ice. Two teenage workers only. Food order was stale. None of us finished our food due to fear we would get sick. Ants all over the silverware and lids. $35 down the drain. Do better.

Google says this location is open until 10pm. We stopped at 8:50p on our drive to Dallas from Wisconsin to get food for a family of 5 and stretch ours and our dogs' legs. As we went through the drive thru, we could see that the lobby was being closed and just thought their lobby closes really early. At the speaker to order, someone muttered something through the speaker that had a big sign saying to order at the window. We told them we didn't hear them and asked what they said. They wouldn't repeat themselves. We got to the window, still before 9pm, and were told that they closed at 9, even though we were there before 9 and their posted and online hours state they are open until 10pm. Waste of time and still hungry.

The management here clearly can't handle being both a taco bell and KFC at the same time. Waited 30+ minutes just because they needed to make fries, the machine didn't have ice, the floors were slippery (not in a clean way), there wasn't toilet paper, and my sandwich was cold. This place is poorly maintained and understaffed. While it definitely could've been worse, I would strongly recommend visiting the nearby McDonald's instead.

i pulled up at 9pm and they told me they were closed. they had just served a car before me. if you're not gonna stay open until the listed time on the website and window of the store then change your hours.
