Came in for dinner at 545 pm and ordered 4 piece extra crispy meal.Chicken was absolutely untenable.It was like it was made at lunch time.I picked it apart a little bit and just threw it away. I went back up and ordered a burrito ? that was actually pretty decent. I mentioned the Chicken to the cashier but she didn't seem to really care. Worker's in the back were to busy laughing hysterically out loud and acting like children to care about making fresh chicken.

Greatly exceeded our expectations for a Taco Bell location with a friendly, courteous staff that did their work with a smile. They noticed we were traveling with a small child and baby and went out of their way to bring our order to the table. An outstanding showcase location for Yum Brands!
The facility was dirty. The staff was very nice and the food tasted like bad fry oil sadly.

Today is a great day to visit, I highly recommend! Dear manager please reward today's staff for a job well done! Keep up the great work team!!

Place sucks lobby closes at 8 drive through at 9 im a driver so I walk up to window kids standing around not doing anything took them a min to see me cause there on there cell phones then I ask for a menu can't provide one very rude disrespectful kids I blame there parents and managers of this store will never recommend or ever come back.and I go through here everyday what a joke.

My chalupa was inedible. It was fried until it was so hard that it withstood several blows with a hammer (really!) without cracking. I complained, and it was replaced with a chalupa overcooked in exactly the same way. This Taco Bell is simply unable to deliver their recipes. Don't waste your time and money here.
EDIT!!!Tried going another time during the day and as I was ordering the kid taking my order started picking a scab, then proceeded to pick up trays without washing his hands or putting gloves on. The service at this taco Bell is a joke expect for like 2 employees.October 2019~~We ordered our food at 9:30 and no one even came to the window to take our money or talk to us until 9:52. We had to call to even get them to come and make sure they were still there. No one was in line besides us until about five minutes when someone pulled up, ordered and waited about five minutes and pulled out. She didn't apologize for the wait or anyting and she could barely even talk she was so inebriated and dosing off. We got the food and the nacho fries were cold and hot which suggests they were microwaved, they were also very soggy. We got a party pack, some hardshells were so soggy to the point where you couldn't eat them and some were double shelled. The soft shells were hard to the point where you couldn't bite into them. The 5-layer just had two shells and no cheese in between them and all of the food was smashed. Worst fast-food experience in my life hands down, would not recommend going there at night hours.

Had no extra crispy, ran out of biscuits and I couldn't make my side a large. Over all disappointing considering it was 6 p.m.
