“Sandie is the best! I came in once, while i was getting over a bad flu & my taste buds were all messed up when it came to eating meat. I asked Sandie if i can try a meatball because i wasn’t sure it was gonna taste right to me. It was perfection & the first solid meal i had in like 2 weeks. Ever since then, he asks if i wanna try a meatball, just in case. He’s the sweetest! Also, congrats on your new baby Sandie!”

“The deep dish sausage, onion and green pepper did not disappoint. The fries on the other hand were not too good and a bunch of them were dry and hard. The breaded mushrooms were softer than I would like but the flavor was so good I didn't mind .”

“I’ve been to plenty of local coffee shops around Chicago and Sputnik is the absolute best. I stumbled upon this hidden gem a few years ago on my commute to work when they were on 51st. It’s been my almost daily stop since then. I’ve switched jobs a few months ago and a Sputnik pit stop adds an extra 20 min to my commute but it’s absolutely worth it.

I highly recommend a hot oat milk vanilla latte but anything you order will be amazing. They roast their own coffee, make their own flavored syrups, and they’ve done both right. The fresh pastries and growing food options have made Sputnik the best all around coffee shop. If you’re a coffee lover, DO NOT sleep on Sputnik.”

“I ordered the avocado chicken curry with rice! It was absolutely delicious. Very flavourful. Just perfect. My friend got the avocado mac and cheese. I tasted it and loved that too. The portions are large and we brought some home. We got the avocado cheesecake cup for desert and wow! Yummy yummy yummy. They have a kids menu too! I will be a regular customer in the future. You have to try this place!”

Me dirijo a ustedes como un cliente frecuente y admirador de su restaurante, en el cual siempre disfruto de una comida deliciosa y un servicio excepcional. Sin embargo, en mi última visita, experimenté una situación que considero importante señalar para su atención y mejora. El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “I first discovered Noon O Kabab in 2016 when I came to the city to do some work training. I had never had Persian food, but I was hooked immediately. There are so many amazing flavors and everything goes together so perfectly! I drive two hours north as often as I can to dine-in or pick-up. The staff are always incredibly friendly and accommodating. Tamara made our experience this time wonderful. She is an absolute joy! The pita bread served with fresh onion, little feta cubes and garlic cream sauce is to die for. We always get the hummus too. I highly recommend the beef koubideh with half and half dill and white rice. The portions are huge and price is very reasonable! We always have extra to take home and enjoy the next day as a special treat. The atmosphere is very classy and clean. If you haven’t been here you gotta go! Like now. RUN!!!! 😍😍😍”
