First and last time I’ll ever go here. I ordered a spicy Italian sub toasted. The first red flag was she put the cheese on the bread then the meat! I ordered this sandwich once a week from the South Holland location and this was NEVER done. After my veggies were added I asked for LIGHT mayo and LIGHT mustard and she put a ton on anyways, disregarding my order rendering the sub completely inedible! I also lost $2 in rewards due to her inability to follow my requests properly.

7:20; Monday, February 17. The man who works this day at this hour nearly ruined my sandwich. He kept talking to someone through his earbuds and was not paying attention. I had to tell him to not put tomatoes on my sandwich after he almost did such. He put extra Peppercorn ranch on my sandwich when i did not ask for that. Not going there at that hour again if he is working.

Sandie is the best! I came in once, while i was getting over a bad flu & my taste buds were all messed up when it came to eating meat. I asked Sandie if i can try a meatball because i wasn’t sure it was gonna taste right to me. It was perfection & the first solid meal i had in like 2 weeks. Ever since then, he asks if i wanna try a meatball, just in case. He’s the sweetest! Also, congrats on your new baby Sandie!

BEWARE! Don't order "the beast". The Food is good and service and everything is clean and wonderful (but the price). I ordered only one footlong "beast" sandwhich with extra cheese and the price was $16.39. That of course was with tax. That to me is "extraordinary expensive." for just one foot long sandwhich. They are very nice in there but I can't spend that much anymore for just one sandwhich. I'll save my pennies for a rainy day.
