Just want to say, being a witness to one of the girls being screamed at by an older gentleman from the back made the atmosphere very unpleasant. That is not something anyone should do in customer service, I work in it myself. Other than that food was good and the younger girls were quite wonderful.

My favorite desert is the banana split. Well this time it was far from enjoyable. Kinda watery and the chocolate had a bitter aftertaste Plus, the place was packed and the seats were kinda sticky.

This a specialty in our hometown area and quite the gem! They always go above and beyond for their staff. Follow their Facebook page and when bad weather, special high school events or more things are happening they ensure their staff is safe and taken care of! Definitely hometown and small town friendly owners.

Loved this spot. Really family centered. Was very busy when we came, the drive through was active as well. Team is friendly. The wait staff came to our table with our food and my son kept saying he was having a great time. Our little family adventures really paid off this time! Thanks!
Kid-friendliness: Booster seats and hair hairs available. There was even a love seat couch and TV. Noticed it really allowed a local mom to get her kids comfortable so she could enjoy her meal too. Neat idea to have in there.
Visited on 5/2 at 7pm. These ladies worked cooly under the pressure of a packed restaraunt. Polite. Positive. Loud calling out numerous orders at once. Excellent job!
Ella was very patient with my daughter and was a great server.
In the customer chaos, Alyvia, Molly, and Gina kept everything moving well.

Every experience I've had bringing my family here has been absolutely fantastic. The staff is always friendly and professional and it's easy to see that the owner values old fashioned standards of top notch service, which is so refreshing this day and age in a restaurant that serves great food to a high volume of guests in a timely manner. Kudos to the best-operating Dairy Queen in Central Illinois.
