It’s so rude to customers to be ignored when the staff is focused on mobile orders instead of in-person customers. I’ve been to the shop three times, and each time I have watched customers walk out the door because the staff is more focused on mobile orders and not in-person customers. Customers are not even greeted as they walk in the door. I’ve stood in line for over 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by a staff member. The only reason this coffee shop has good reviews is because it’s the only place to get coffee in town. It’s the small town charm that keeps them in business. Better staffing, that is focused on mobile orders and in-person orders, would be better management. Also acknowledging in-person customers would also be helpful. People shouldn’t stand in line for a coffee so a mobile order can be made. Those orders sit on the shelf while people stand in line waiting to be served!

Overall a great place for coffee! Great history to the building. Only downfall for me was I like to relax and read when I stop in and when it's busy the sit down area has a very loud echo inside so if it's packed it sounds like a mad house. But when nobody is inside its heaven for a coffee shop!
