Clearly, people cannot read. I just went through drive thru. Ordered with the app, ordered my mom a mcchicken with no lettuce but I get home and it has lettuce on it and no mayo I ordered it with no lettuce! And then yesterday when my mom went through before she went to work she ordered two sweet teas and they both were unsweetened! I’m getting to the point of taking my service elsewhere this is a joke

I did a mobile order line took like 20 min than tried handing me the wrong order I told him that then he got all rude and than gave me another bag which also wasn’t mine after I told him what was in mine and gave me an unsweetened tea after blatantly asking for sweet. So there goes 10 dollars down the drain with zero money back.

On top of waiting almost 15 minutes from the time we placed our order to receiving it, they messed up the order which we didn't discover until getting home. Items we ordered were wrong, and there were items in the bag that we didn't order. But because it's a 10 minute drive to the McDonald's, it wasn't worth going back. There's a reason we don't go here often, and today proved that's the best approach. Avoid.

Waited 30 minutes for my food, when I got it I said it was supposed to be on a mcgriddle and not a bagel. They reacted by getting my sandwich and giving me 2 empty griddle patties in which I had to wait 15 more minutes for the correct sandwich but cold

This is the best McDonald's in the area. Custom orders are usually correct and that is rare for this chain.
Went there for an interview and when I walked in I immediately smelt something rotten in the air. Floors were sticky and tables were a mess. As I waited for the manager for an interview I overheard staff stating "go away we aren't hiring" and heard the manager call someone an explicit name for not showing up for a shift. Overall had a negative atmosphere and don't recommend working or eating there.

today i went inside to get my meal and as i was in there the floors looked absolutely disgusting like no one has cleaned them at all and the drink station was sticky and disgusting. the kids area was terrible and the floors were sticky and gross. never will i ever go back to this one.
