I ordered a blue Fanta slushy, they didn’t say anything about it being cleaned or anything we go to the window pay and pull up to get our stuff and then finally they say it’s being cleaned and gave us some time of sprite limeade which is NOT what we wanted or paid for. Next time make it clear that it’s not available in the moment, before I pay for it!

There was a chunk of meat in my coffie this morning. I didn't notice it until it floated into my mouth..This is the worst mcdonald's I've ever been to. They also mouthed the whip cream that goes on the fraps. They did it right in front of my pregnant girlfriend then handed her the drink.The manager needs to take responsibility and fire his staff. This isnt Florida, we have expectations here. I'm calling the health department today and the regional manager. I hope they fire the obese manager and get some one a little more competent.

we tried to come to mcdonald's after the football game at 11. on the website they said they were open until 12. as soon as we walked in the manager screamed at us to get out. i'm not really sure what we did. if i could give 0 stars i would

I keep giving this McDonalds a try thinking next time it will be better but it never is. The Big Mac I received today was horrible. You could just look at it to see how hard the buns were without even touching it and both hamburger patties were super salty and looked like they had been sitting for hours and the fries were super salty. I wasn’t able to eat any of it. I’m not super picky, but McDonalds you need to do better. I won’t be back. Chick-fil-A will be my go to from now on. I don’t even care if I have to drive farther to get it. The food is always good and the order is always right. I don’t even know how this place is even still open. My orders are never right and most of the time the food is not edible.

Workers don't really talk to you which is fine, but a simple hello or have a good day will suffice. Food is good depending on when it was made. Got a chicken sandwich earlier and it was drier than a pot smokers mouth. Great when fresh ?

I pulled into the drive through at McDonalds (5:55p) in Metamora, Illinois for a Quarter Pounder and fries while on my way home. Nice newer facility with pleasant kids working. Placed an order at the kiosk and then began the wait. Five (5) minutes to get to the payment window and another twelve (12) minutes for the food order (6:12p). Drivers behind me were getting their orders. Guess mine was just difficult. No more.
