Waited in the drive through for over 5 minutes with no answer on the intercom, it's 2:00pm, sign says open, and Google says open till 8pm. Honked my horn once, pulled up to the pick up window... nothing. I can't go inside because I have a sleeping child in the back seat. Guess I'm not eating at Subway today.

I went to this location got a foot long and it was horrible I asked for it to be toasted it was cold I asked for certain toppings and they put what they want on it that’s unacceptable this is not my first time getting unacceptable service I paid 12.00 for something I didn’t ask for I just hope the store manager takes these comments serious or this subway will be out of business no one wants to give there money away for bad food

The flatbread that was supposed to be a wrap was ok. I couldn't wait to sip on my tall generic Sprite (can't remember the off brand name). It was carbonated water. I was in a drive-thru for 20 minutes, given a messed up order and a flat soda.

Decided to check out subway after everyone was talking about it being much better. I was definitely disappointed. There were a bunch of teenagers sitting around and no adults anywhere. They were acting like me being there was interrupting their time sitting at the tables with their friends. I was told they were out of the footlong cookie I had paid for and that they could give me cookies instead. I said that would work but after being handed my food the girl was rude asking if I needed something else. I felt awkward so I walked out. My friend encouraged me to go back in so we went in together and asked if I could have a refund or substitution. The friends sitting at the table were rude and making fun of me saying “it’s just five dollars”. I was given a replacement item which was very nice of the guy which I really appreciate. However when I came home my bag of chips were open and the sandwhich looked like it had just been completely smashed. I am sad to say it but I don’t think I will be returning.

It was lunch time the place was busy and the manager could see I was in a hurry. She asked if I was on lunch and I replied yes I only have 30 minutes. She jumped in and made my sandwich in 5 minutes! I was a happy girl!
Definitely loving the new staff. very friendly, prompt service, fresh selection of food choices. Customer service Is excellent. And the smiles they give are priceless
The subway in Metamora ,IL is under new management and I wanted to say she is absolutely amazing . You can tell she cares about the store and the customers .
