Germantown hills il subway is a great place to get your favorite food, drinks, and more. When i was there i tried their foot long pretzel and it wasn't that great it was tough to eat and it wasn't that editable. When i was there today i got 2 foot long churros. They weren't that great it didn't taste fresh at all. I don't recommend these churros to anyone.

Why am I paying $17.00 for a sandwich with nothing on it? This is mainly just cheese and hardly any meat. You just lost more frequent customers. Trash. Two bad experiences in a row.

Lettuce was not green and fresh looking/tasting like it should be. They were out of half of the items ordered at 11am (certain cheese, veggies, footings, cups, etc). No cookies in the case either. Lids and utensils were not stocked. We spent $40 for two footlongs and two medium sodas, just for the food not to be fresh and to be out of half of the toppings..

Subway has been through the wringer lately. The ones in Peoria have gone downhill. This one went downhill too, but I'm happy to say this place has RECOVERED, which is great, because I love Subway.The new owners are very quiet, conscientious and CLEAN. They are incredibly polite and friendly. There is a mild language barrier, so speak clearly and slowly.The food seems just fine. Everything looks and tastes fresh. The place is clean and the bathrooms are fresh.I hope it continues!

Place is incredibly filthy. All tables are dirty. Bathroom is next level disgusting. If a health inspector saw this they would actually be shut down and that's not an exaggeration. Not sure how this is a Subway chain considering they are missing half the things subway is supposed to have. The employee wouldn't even toast the wrap when we asked him to. They were so stingy with the food too. My sandwich looked like there was nothing in it. I feel sick after having their tuna and I've never experienced that before. Subway is my favorite place to eat which it's very surprising to see how bad this place is. The only thing they're good at is being bad at what they do

I ordered tuna. I noticed she emptied the previous container and changed out to a new one to complete that part of my sandwich. The textures and color looked a bit different, but i thought it was because it was straight out of the fridge.Within a short time after eating about 1/4 of it, I started experiencing severe stomach cramps. Then, the explosive diarrhea!

The employees were nice but the bread was stale and all they had was wheat bread. On top of that, my sandwhich was 17.25. So im probably never going back there again.
