Bill's BBQ is a local restaurant with charm, located across from Fort Massac state park in Metropolis, Illinois. It offers a wonderful selection of BBQ favorites, including sandwiches, superb ribs, fries, Baked beans, nachos, and crunchy onion rings. The portions are impressive, and all is tasty. The house sauce is superb, and the service is excellent. The restaurant is clean and convenient for pickup or dining in, making it a great stop for local BBQ. Bill's BBQ is a real BBQ joint with an atmosphere just like a BBQ joint down south. They are quick to have your order ready and it's always so good. The meat is great. Bring back crinkle cut fries.
