There's no better BBQ in the tri-state area based on what I've tried. They are quick to have your order ready and it's always so good! If they are closed you can't go wrong with Starne's BBQ in Paducah, Kentucky as well!

I was happy to find a real BBQ joint in Metropolis! The atmosphere was just like a BBQ joint down south. We got the pulled pork and ate it at a picnic table overlooking the river, in the state park that is basically just across the road. Couldn't ask for a better road trip lunch!
