Would have been better if the food was served hot. Ordered to go. Received a text that the order was received did not receive a text that the order was ready. So I was served cold food. I’m glad I didn’t tip.
Update: I did not receive a text saying my order was complete until 2 hours after I made the request. They were not busy when I picked it up. I’ve spoken with other customers about this and this is a common oversight of the team.

I wanted to share what happened during our stay for our three-year anniversary, both tonight and tomorrow night. We had 9 PM reservations at Bridges to celebrate. When we arrived, we waited out front for five to ten minutes before anyone came to seat us, and I eventually had to ask the bartender for help. There was a special dinner listed on the board outside, so once we were seated, we ordered it. Our server then told us they had been out of that dish since 6:30 PM. We chose something else from the menu, and she informed us they were out of that as well. My husband became frustrated and said a curse word—not directed at her—but she seemed offended and immediately walked off to the next table without taking our order. I went to speak with the hostess to explain that my husband wasn't cussing at the server and that we simply wanted to order dinner. She immediately defended the server without listening. My husband then tried to explain what had happened, but again, to no avail. I was embarrassed by the way we were treated, and we ended up leaving. What should have been a joyful anniversary celebration ended with me in our room in tears. Unfortunately, despite how much we've loved this property over the years, this experience at Bridges left us humiliated, and we will not be returning. I'm sharing this in hopes that no one else has to go through what we experienced tonight.

French onion soup was excellent. Caesar's salad was excellent and large portion even came with quartered hard boiled eggs.

I ordered a filet-medium, loaded baked potato, a roll, and Caesar salad. The salad tasted fishy. The medium filet was more on the medium rare side, but it was good. The baked potato could've been baked a few more minutes, but it was a pretty presentation. The roll was hard. They need to get rid of the rolls they use and get a different kind.

Bridges is a great place to dine anytime of the day. We have enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner there on different occasions. Prices are reasonable and the food is delicious.

They were out of 2 different bottles of wine - not a huge problem. I can always find a wine I like. Prime rib very good (cooked perfectly)especially for the price of $44 w/2 sides. Baked potato wasn't quite done but still tasty. Creamed spinach had too much liquid and was bland. Hubs had a HUGE piece of lemon-dill roasted salmon w/2 sides. Price was very reasonable at $29. His mashed potatoes were tasty and he loved the Cole slaw. We'll return if/when we return to that casino mainly because there's only 1 other “restaurant” on site which is a little coffee shop deli and options in this little town are quite limited.

We have never ate here before and we really enjoyed everything the Steak was amazing the Orange Glazed Salmon was amazing if we could give it 10 stars we would and to top it off the service was amazing definitely worth the time and money.
Always a great time. We enjoy eating there every trip. The hostess is amazing, Gina is spectacular, Belinda is top notch, and Sean is super nice. Great staff, great food and perfect service every time!
Again, Tara took excellent care of us. She made us feel like we were her only patrons, checking in on us several times during our meal. Our food was served hot, delicious, and the portions were generous. Her special attention is much appreciated!
