Was in with a party of 13. A party of 5-6 came in 20 minutes after us and got their food first. The manager was yelling out orders when delivering food and argued with me on what my child ordered. The server did apologize that she rang it in wrong and fixed it but the manager got an attitude with both me and my child. I asked that she not return to our table and as she was coming out of the restroom she glared me down the entire hallway. Poor service and mediocre food at best. It is never ok to yell at a customer. Especially a child.

Come during an off time to keep from the crowds. We came during homecoming and it was still a great experience. I recommend the spinach dip and lasagna! For 7 of us to eat and appetizers was $140

The food was delicious, but they got my order wrong on multiple counts and it wasn't a super hard or crazy order. Staff was perfectly nice, I just think they were kind of distracted in the back. The lasagna portion is fantastic for the price!

I ordered the garlic butter pasta tossed with mushrooms, broccoli and red pepper flakes and it was the most tasteless pasta I’ve ever tasted. It had 0 salt and 0 garlic taste. I was super disappointed and I will not be going back.
BLACK ROCK is the way to go to treat yourself. Yes, you cook your own steak. It's like having a fresh grilled bite everytime. The Fettucin Alfredo was great and a large serving. Service was exceptional. You won't be dissappointed.

Everything was great. My wife and I ordered an appetizer and it was outstanding and brought to us immediately - meatballs were delicious and I am originally from Little Italy in Chicago. Our Black Rock orders were fantastic. Service and atmosphere was pleasant.
