It fed us breakfast, but I probably would not go back. No personality, people and atmosphere. The food was ok, nothing to brag about and the gravy is interesting.

Slow service and the most limited menu I have ever encountered.

The waitress had no personality. Second thing she said to us we're out of biscuits and gravy with attitude. Waited 45 minutes for breakfast on a Sunday. And then the food comes and it was horrible. Probably one of my worst experiences with a restaurant in a long time.

If I could give Rube's negative stars, I would. I realize that they had probably been overrun with the influx of archers who descended on Metropolis for the archery tournament, that some of the customers they encountered over the weekend may have been a lot to deal with, or that they could have been overworked or understaffed. However, we were not the cause of any of it. We simply wanted to enjoy a breakfast before our long drive home. Our server (waitress )was THE RUDEST one I have ever encountered. And when I confronted her about it, she became sarcastically sweet. At that point we paid for our drinks and left. We never got to the point of being able to order a meal. We most certainly will never try to eat there again. They should change the name of the place to 'Rude.'

Can’t rate the food as we never ordered. She may have just been having a bad day, but our waitress was extremely off putting and rude the moment we walked in the door. Never offered us a highchair for our 8 month old. Rudely said they were out of biscuits and gravy, and then acted offended when we said we were not ready to order due to another person in our party speaking to people at another table. We were in town for the archery tournament and return every year but this is a place we will never return to again.
Kid-friendliness: Was never offered a high chair for our baby and another couple had a baby in a regular chair as well.

Very positive experience. Excellent breakfast food with great fast customer service. Biscuits were flaky and buttery much better than most I have. Hot cakes were good to eat without any syrup even. French toast was delicious with some butter cinnamon powder sugar, sausage, gravy, eggs , bacon, and waffles all good.

We stopped for breakfast while passing through Metropolos. The breakfast was really good. The service was fast. The food arrived quickly and was hot. The over hard eggs were cooked almost perfect. Will eat here
