The Subway is almost always decorated real nice, you can tell someone actually cares. The staff are true troopers—always friendly, always working hard (except Megan 😒😡, you know what you did). Feels like you’ve known them forever, like old neighbors. Best sandwiches in town, hands down.

i dont appreciate a male everytime i go there sitting in the lobby and now after todays visit which i was polite and left the girl a cash tip he kept grabbing at his waist on top of that i couldn't hear the person making my sandwich due to a person yelling apparently on the phone in the back kitchen she made my food as i asked but that bread was like eating a sock

I love this subway and the employees are always nice. My regular girl goes over and beyond for me. Food is always amazing. They dont accept one coupon but thats okay because i don't need 3 sandwiches anyway. The best subway around this area 10/10 recommend.

I normally find this Subway location to be satisfacory. BUT, the last time (and it will be the last time ever) that I went there, I had a coupon for 3 footlongs, for $17.99. I order the footlongs, got to the register, and was told that my coupon was the ONLY coupon not accepted there. I don't like wasting food, so I paid for the sandwiches anway, but I was not intending to spend nearly $50 there that day - hence the coupon. I am beyond disappointed with this location. I used that same coupon at another location a few days later without issue. I actually called several other locations to ask them if they accepted that coupon, and all of them did, and some of the workers even acted surprised that I was even asking. I will not be spending any more money at the Metropolis, IL Subway location, and I will be telling all of my family and friends, and probably some acquaintances, about this fumble on their part. Never again.

Sandwich was AWSOME. The associates are great. Prices are high no coupon allowed. The associate apologize for this. She really felt bad it was adorable. Not her fault
They wrapped my sandwich in dirty paper. Added olives I didn't ask for. Good thing it wasn't something I'm allergic to. I even tipped them.
I won't be back and would NOT recommend... Especially if you have food allergies like myself.

I had placed an order online for a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and a churro from Subway. When I arrived at the store, I was informed that their toaster oven had been out of order for several days. I was disappointed to learn this since I had paid $18 for my order. I feel like customers should be informed about such issues before purchasing. However, the employees at the store were great and handled the situation perfectly. I believe Subway needs to do better if they want to charge such high prices.

They charge an arm and a leg for a sandwich that I can make it home. They don't take coupons for some reason. And haven't taken coupons in well over a couple of years. But yet they still send coupons in the mail.
