I had placed an order online for a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and a churro from Subway. When I arrived at the store, I was informed that their toaster oven had been out of order for several days. I was disappointed to learn this since I had paid $18 for my order. I feel like customers should be informed about such issues before purchasing. However, the employees at the store were great and handled the situation perfectly. I believe Subway needs to do better if they want to charge such high prices.

They charge an arm and a leg for a sandwich that I can make it home. They don't take coupons for some reason. And haven't taken coupons in well over a couple of years. But yet they still send coupons in the mail.

Stopped here on our way through while on a road trip heading south. The woman working was so friendly and made our sandwiches perfectly! It’s always a bonus to have such great service, especially after a tiring day.

So we ordered lunch about 2 weeks ago using the coupons and a week later went in to order got to check out and was told they are not taking coupons. Is this not a corporate deal? Will not be going back until they take the coupons because I paid over $13 for a foot long that was literally all bread so until they start taking the coupons or put enough meats, cheese and toppings on the sandwich to make it worth $13 I will eat elsewhere. Instead of honoring the coupons for sandwiches already made they had to throw them out wtg subway.

Scared to death if this Subway ONLY because of its cleanliness (dirty); therefore, I have to cross the river for my Way Sub fix! ?Sadly, it's been unclean for years (facilities, employees, food staging).

Manager is very nice so is the staff well kept and cleaned. food tastes fresh and they wear a mask and gloves at all times The female manager I think she is a manager. definitely needs a raise great work ethic and very polite
