the worst tire service ever they said I need a new tire where the hole is not fixable. its brand new set of tires I just bought from them Michelin tires. then I find out the tire is under warranty to be replaced. so I pay the money for a new tire replacement. they kept my tire and wheel, then they called me and said tire arrived and cant locate your wheel. this is the worst experience i ever had in this costco store these people who are employed here are not responsible and honest. bunch of kids that dont know what they are doin. some one needs to take care of this department. very poor customer service and they will let you wait for ours while they are chatting there. this is nightmare not sure how they are making money!

I called to order Veggie Pizza and my request was denied. The first time it happened I thought it was odd but did not do anything about it. I called again in a few weeks and told by their Manager it is not part of their menu? Why it is never an issue with other locations but only with this one??

All the Strawberries had mold. Ask a manager if they had any fresh cases. She said "you're not going to find a perfect box.". She did call someone else and they both started looking for a box without mold. I said I would come back and went to the meat area they left the area without any further looking or options for good food free of spoilage. We have been members for only two weeks not sure this membership was a good idea or worth the money. I never buy spoiled food no matter what the sale price. Very dissatisfied about level of customer service and quality of food.
