The Hispanic lady who was attending me was rude and gave me attitude. Very unprofessional with treating Uber eats delivery workers and it seemed like she didn't want to be at work. Was annoyed too. Was very dismissive too.

This is my husband’s and my favorite breakfast stop while traveling from Illinois to Tennessee. Why can’t other McDonald’s be just as good? We always have freshly baked breakfast sandwiches with efficient and friendly service. Real clean too. Look forward to another visit on our next trip.

At first we went to the drive thru and right away the lady was giving us attitude and then when we asked to repeat herself we could barely hear her so when she told us to pull up to the first window we asked someone there to repeat the order so we can hear herself clearly and everything sounded good until we got to the second window to get our food not one but TWO sandwiches were incorrect. we had ordered two sausage mcgriddle and instead we got a egg and sausage biscuit, we kindly asked if she could get us our sandwiches we actually asked for and she said, "we repeated your order two time, if you cant hear dont eat" and then she closed the window violently. We always loved this Mcdonald's, but this changed everything. if i could give a zero i really would.

When today on 8/14/23 at 10:48 ordered a simple 2 cheeseburger meal an the cashier had the worst attitude because i first said i wanted fries with no salt when i seen the fries where fresh i said forget it you can put the regular fries with salt an she responded with the worst attitude asking if I WANTED SALT OR NO SALT ON THE FRIES then i responded IF THE FRIES ARE FRESH THEN JUST GIVE ME THE FRIES WITH SALT ON THEM.. needless to say she straightened her attitude out right away but no one needs to deal with unprofessionalism it's not our fault she works there an CLEARLY doesn't want to it was the chubby Mexican girl you could see it in her face that she hates her job her attitude only confirmed that i did the survey an I'm writing this review i hope she gets talked to about it

Service is terrible. The MANEGER tried to argue with me that I didn’t ask for whip cream in my iced coffee. When I did and she kepted going back and forth with me with an ugly attitude. Super rude and both ladies had a bad vibe.

Ordered a burger meal, 20 piece nuggets and large fry added, as well as bbq sauce and honey mustard. When we asked for the honey mustard they gave 2 but that was going to be really dry with only 2 sauces in the whole order so I asked for more and they informed wed have to be charged for it because they had put it in the bag which they did not put ANY sauce in. Okay, but they refused to ring it up and sell it to us so we had to deal with only having 3 sauces. They weren’t even busy so I don’t understand refusing to sell the extra sauce to someone they had already not given what ordered. Have never been treated this way!

This McDonald's was amazing. My autistic 3 year old will only eat certain things like frys while traveling. Even tho it was breakfast hours they put frys down for my little girl. It means a lot when people are willing to help parents of special needs children out.
