WOW! I wasn’t expecting to find such delicious food at a service plaza. The gentleman at the counter was extremely kind-hearted and welcoming. We had a great conversation and I enjoyed a fantastic meal. I’m a truck driver and I will definitely be stopping here whenever I pass through. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPOT!!!

Horrible place! The guy at the counter was so ridiculously rude! I asked him if the food is halal (kosher) and he immediately started throwing up his hands refusing to answer and stating he only works there and he doesn’t know anything, when this is something he should know especially because he works there! Then I saw the halal certification posted on the wall and I pointed it out to him to let him know that fyi the food is halal and he became even more aggressive and rude saying to not ask him or tell him because he doesn’t read or speak English?? When in fact he was speaking English perfectly fine. I tried explaining to him politely that I was simply letting him know if he gets asked this question in the future he can tell customers its halal. Unfortunately though it was very apparent he didn’t want to provide us with service and I found his entire demeanor and the encounter completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I come to this Oasis frequently and will make sure I avoid this place. Very rude customer service!!

The service was quick and plenty friendly. The food was very good. We got some tasty falafel wraps and delicious fig cookies. For a highway oasis, this was a welcome find!

And to add to the rudeness, gave me 2 shawarma chicken sandwiches with no garlic spread , no pickles, pita bread unopened, and the chicken had skin and bones in it
I know my shawarma and not my first of 100 time eating it
The chicken is not even shawarma on a rotisserie
It chicken soaked in oil and tomatoes sauce
But the rudeness is the worse I ever seen
Then you pay 8.99 for garbage

I realize that there are a lot of bad reviews out there for this place. However…I was pleasantly surprised to see this option at a rest stop. He wasn’t open yet and was doing all his prep. He took my order and made it fresh (schwarma wrap). Super nice guy. Decent food. Even the dolma was tasty. Probably will never pass thru this area again but would definitely stop if so

Had the Truckers Special, very tasty chicken & rice & vegetables very good deal & value price. For those complaining shawarma is bad , buy your ingredients & cook it yourself at home. Done deal.

I recently dined at this Middle Eastern restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. As someone who has enjoyed Middle Eastern cuisine from various restaurants in the past, this particular establishment fell short of expectations. The food lacked flavor and tasted bland, which was a stark contrast to the rich and vibrant dishes I've come to love.It's evident that the owner of this restaurant needs to pay closer attention to the quality of the food being served or consider reevaluating their business operations. As a customer, I left feeling unsatisfied and would hesitate to recommend this place to others seeking authentic Middle Eastern cuisine.Overall, I believe this restaurant has room for improvement in terms of both food quality and customer experience.

Shwarma was nasty this restaurant should be closed down and figure out how to make this work seriously I took one bite and threw the food away.

Just today shopped from here .price huge expensive. You dont need to be greedy because of halal restaurant. When ı ask for pita bread he charged me 2 bucks and expected tip . I wish I could give 0
