For starters it's not Michael's Tavern it's Michael Tavern in the town of Michael, IL. We didn't eat, just had a drink. Service was great, bar was clean. I don't think the bartender told us her name, but she was very nice. My friend won some money on the machines, Yay!!! Will definitely stop at Michael Tavern again.
We arrived tonight visiting the city for a few days and ordered take away pizza, chicken wings and two hamburgers, they were truly fantastic, the special house pizza is so tasty do try it. Thanks.
Michaels has not only the best deep dish, but also the best thin crust white pizza in all of Chicago! They have a ton of TVs and board games and have a great staff and many loyal patrons. Michaels is a truly special neighbourhood joint!
