The customer service was great. The cashier was super helpful when we asked about recommendations. But the coffee is just not that great. It tastes like an iced coffee I can make at home but with a very burnt after taste. I had high hope for this place but unfortunately I don't think I'll be going back.

Great addition to midlothian. Love the staff they are family owned and are friendly . They greeted us upon entering. We love their hot chocolate it’s delicious.

****DONOT , I REPEAT DONOT Be in a hurry if you go here, you will be in the drive thru for 25mins or more… sandwich’s and drinks are good though that’s y I gave it 3 stars just don’t expect the quickness of a Starbucks or Dunkin … this is not fast food AT ALL…

I stopped into BIGGBY COFFEE on a whim and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the maple sandwich, a caramel marble frozen drink, and a frozen frosted sugar cookie latte and every single thing was amazing.
The maple sandwich was warm, savory, and perfectly sweet – legit comfort food. The caramel marble frozen drink was super creamy, rich, and not overly sweet, just that perfect caramel pick-me-up. And the frozen frosted sugar cookie latte tasted exactly like a sugar cookie in a cup – dessert and coffee in one. I was obsessed.
The shop itself is clean, bright, and cozy with plenty of seating, so it’s a great spot to relax or get some work done. Overall, this location just became one of my new favorite coffee spots. Highly recommend treating yourself here – you won’t be disappointed! ☕✨

Biggby Midlothian made my day today on my lunch break! Their service and coffee are awesome. It is a neighborhood family that owns this location. I highly recommend skipping Dunkin, and heading to Biggby for your coffee!

my husband and I visited this location on our way back to our home in Canada. The quality of food and coffee was incredible. The staff was very welcoming, patient and kind. Made our experience very enjoyable. Our next road trip to Illinois we will for sure be stopping in because of this amazing experience. 10/10. Thank you again!

First time coming in, the customer service here is a 10/10!! Loved how welcoming the environment was. The food was amazing! Everything is made fresh. Definitely recommend if you’re around the area to get a latte or a smoothie!

I had been passing by this place but this morning I decided to stop to try it out. It was raining so hard I went through the drive through. Let me say, I'm not a morning person and light weight grumpy until around noon. However, the young lady at the drive through window was like a ray of sun shine. So pleasant had me and my husband both smiling. She was helpful with the menu. I'm sorry I didn't get her name to mention it because she definitely need to be recognized for her outstanding welcoming customer service. I definitely will be back also before I forget our coffee was very good and she also gave us a few samples of other drinks in which we plan on trying next time there
