Tried the 2 for $6 Big King Sandwiches. But I wasn't impressed. So I should have went to McDonald's for a Big Mac. Service was fast and pleasant people work there.

Better than usual because we just got the appetizers and shakes usually the Whoppers are cold and they don't give you all you asked for, like barbecue sauce instead of marinara

The most HORRIBLE Burger King I've ever been to. The past few times that I actually have gone here they make you pull up after you pay. I waited for 20 minutes just this morning for a small order. The food is horrendous, dry, overly seasoned with salt and overcooked. I will never return, my family wanted to try one more time but this took the cake. Tinley Park's location is far better. You're better off eating a ramen noodle cup.

After repeating my order and making sure I was understood, the friendly male cashier still got my order wrong and I had to wait after being told to pull up and wait. I didn't mind that but the croissant was hard.

Workers are poorly trained. They seem to try their best but they aren't given the resources they need to get the job done. Simple orders get messed up and my food is often stale, but I don't have very many other places to go so I put up with it. The wait is ridiculous. I don't know who the manager is, but this is one of the most ineptly run fast food joints I've seen.

Great customer service. They were willing to be flexible and make a salad for me even though it wasn't on their official menu. They didn't have a long line for the drive thru either.

Straight garbage place ordered two bacon kings. Sandwiches with no ketchup they added a bunch of ketchup and no bacon on the sandwiches not the First time they mess up my order will be calling corporate stay away people

I still have no rating for this place. I only go because my grandson asked me and it is close. They got my order wrong 3 times in one day. The girl said to me, we don't say Whopper plain with just cheese like I know the jargon they use. She had the nerve to get mad! I called their corporate office and the lady said, tell them I (I won't name her)I said make your order over! How about giving me a gift card and letting me purchase it somewhere else! I've worked in retail for many years and I've seen what they do to customer's food! No thank you!

Worker refused to put gloves on, refused to put up his mask, and was eating chicken nuggets out from under the heat lamp that he serves to customers and then when asked for our money back and told he was violating health codes, he threatened my husband by saying "ima come outside and embarrass you in front of your son." Disgusting. The order was wrong and the food cold too.

If I could give this location a negative rating I would! I used the app to order my food for pick up at 3:18pm. After waiting in the drive-thru for 45 minutes my food was finally bought out. The order was incorrect and cool to the touch. I then waited another 10 minutes for a correct drinks. I was not willing to wait another hour for the food to be remade so I left. It is unfortunate that this location has been allowed to tarnish this brand with it's absolutely abysmal service.

Went there today and while sitting in our car at the drive thru, they tell us through the drive thru that it is not working to go in an order. We can't get out of the drive thru because there is a car infront of us ordering thru the window. They got there order thru the window and we had to wait for them to get their food before we can actually go around and order inside. Once inside they only had 2 employees and they got the order wrong. Dont understand what wasn't working with the drive thru. I could hear them and they could hear me. Person infront of us got their order in the window. Do they pick and choose who to help
