Yoseline is absolutely amazing! She’s always so kind and welcoming, and she remembers my order every time. Her energy is so positive, it truly makes my day. Dunkin is lucky to have someone like her! She soo funny too! I’ll be back !

I was not going to give a bad review because 6 months ago this was my go-to dunkin location. However, all 6 of my last orders have been messed up on way or another. I often thought that I may have ordered incorrectly but when I check the receipt I know it was not user error. I’m not sure what has happened these last few months but I’m sick and tired of coming here just to continuously get the wrong order.

Every time I go to get coffee or donuts. I get the same garbage. I try not to go there anymore but I tried one more time. I got a large decaf coffee hot burnt. No cream, no sugar. So you know what it tastes like when it's burnt. Then I got one of their new almond crescents and this thing is like a brick. Their donuts are horrible. They're hard as rocks. Their muffins are horrible. I will not be visiting this Duncan anymore. They do not care about their food. Service is great!

I don't have any complaints about this DD. They always have my order ready. If my order is incorrect it's taken care of right away. The employees are always friendly.

Kid friendly and plenty of parking spots, coffee is always good, staff is always friendly, tried the turkey sausage breakfast sandwich, it was good, good quality meat, good sandwich 🩷💙🖤

I’ve been going here consistently for years now, pretty much daily and the staff has always been great. Angelynn, Harry, Yoseslynn were great this weekend. The staff on weekdays is also great. No complaints, I thank the entire staff for their hard work.

The staff 5 years ago was good. Called me by my first name. Throughout the years it’s been worse and worse. 3 Saturdays in a row they mess up my mobile order and it’s never ready even when I place it 15 minutes in advance and they’re not busy. Constantly try and hand me drinks covered in napkins and dripping coffee all over my car. Terrible staff. Not friendly at all and the service has just gotten so bad. First review I’ve ever left anywhere btw.
