this dunkin donuts has messed up our drink orders at least 2 times a week. Its ridiculous! they need to take that extra 30 seconds and confirm the order. we will not be returning to this location.

I normally go to the Dunkin' Donuts at 2050 81st ave merriville service perfect coffee perfect people friendly but this time I was out of town so had to go to a different one coffee tasted old it was lukewarm and staff didn't care won't be going to that one again I'll wait till I get to merriville
