Drove through the drive thru and ordered my food. I gave the young lady my money she then tells me it will be 10 minutes before my order is ready. I only ordered 3 piece dinner. Not sure what sale was going on but alot of people. She told me to pull un the parking lot which I did. We'll 20 minutes later I finally go in. I told the young man at the register about my order and he gets a little snappy and tells me they were looking for me. Why would I be in the lobby? That's the point of the drive thru! My order was sitting on the counter in the back. Absolutel terrible service. Beware

Went through the drive thru, service was unprofessional to say the least. Asked for sauce and was told it would be $1 per chicken tender, I said never mind no sauce "manager then said it's $1 for sauce on three tenders" I agreed to add the sauce but was charged $1.25.I was told to go to the parking lot wait 5 minutes and come back to the drive thru, where I had to wait again. I asked for a receipt since I was not offered one when I paid. I was given a duplicate receipt I wanted the original for rewards purposes. Manager refused to give it to me, said it was thrown in the trash. At that point I asked for a refund. Manager was rude and refused to give me a refund. He said that there was nothing wrong with my order. I stated that "you don't get to tell me that there is nothing wrong. There is something wrong with the customer service." The manager also refused to give me his name. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received here and at some many other establishments in the area. When shopping in other areas with different economic status I don't experience this level of disrespect. It is really frustrating that this is acceptable in my neighborhood it should not be acceptable anywhere!

I have not been to this location in over 4 years because of the chicken not having the flavor that it was suppose to. I came back today hoping that they brought the flavor of KFC back but it tasted almost like it did over 4 years ago. It's a shame that this location is still not delivering in taste. As the saying goes, "Fool me once - shame on you, Fool me twice- shame on me"

Rude and disrespectful manager named Mike. No apologies for an order he made that was completely wrong. I asked to come to the store to get the order corrected and he stated “I ain’t putting 3 pieces of meat in the fryer.” Asked him if I could come the next day and was told to bring the old order of chicken with me. Never mind I had pictures and receipt to prove the order was wrong. Trash service. Would like to put zero stars. Never will visit this KFC again.

This is the first and last time I'm going to eat at this certain KFC because I found a long piece of hair in my Chicken and it wasnt from my hair. The worker seriously need to put hair nets on their head and wear gloves because thats how hair travel. So Im done with KFC area

Honestly, The last time I was here, it was the worst experience that it took over a year for me to try this place again. I have to say that this experience was completely the opposite. I had two orders mobile orders back to back and they were both done within the time frame as stated on the app. Also, everthing was correct and i had two big orders. The manager, Kiante was very friendly and helped me with any questions I had. There was another employee working with him and she was also very efficient and friendly. Due to them closing the KFC's closest to my house I only got kfc if I was coming from work in Lemont. If they keep this up, I may start coming here more often.
