Rip-off. Ordered a 12 wing combo for $25!!!! The staff is unhelpful, the menu is misleading, and the food doesn't taste authentic. When this location closes, it because of business practices like this. I'll never be back.

I said to the person working at KFC on 145th Pulaski in Midlothian IL…I said I have a question to ask, he said he had an answer. I said do you have 12 piece dark honey barbecue ready, he said no it would be 3 minute wait, I said okay. A few minutes later he said not enough dark meat ready, it would be 8 minutes, I said okay. Do you know when my order was ready I said this barbecue chicken will be fresh, he looked and said it’s Not barbecue and I said I wanted barbecue dark meat, Do you know He said for us to put barbecue on each piece, IT WOULD BE ADDITIONAL DOLLAR FOR EACH ONE! I paid $44.00 for A Worker with NO LISTENING SKILLS! It’s a Shame! Will never go there again!

At 8:53 pm on 11/7/25, I went through the driveway & informed the employee I had a coupon I'd like to use. I was told they only have 2 crispy wings left. I asked what time does the restaurant close & he mumbles 10pm. I asked why aren't they making more food & got no reply, so I left. This is why every fast food place has a high turnover rate & always hiring because you whine about needing or not having a job, but no one wants to work!

My mom went today and got chicken and it was really good and fresh so I went and got me some. I ordered 4 wings and a large coleslaw. The guy at the register was very nice and friendly. The chicken was absolutely fresh and I asked if they could put extra juice in my coleslaw and they said yes while laughing but they definitely did. Overall great experience!

The shift manager Alan refused to serve me my food because I wouldn't drive through for a third time. There were no cars behind and because he wanted to cheat the system for the drive thru timer he told me I will not get my food unless I drive around a third time. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully before. I filed a formal complaint with corporate.

I ordered a famous bowl. Overall, good food for KFC; nothing to complain about. The building itself was small and extremely quiet. Service was moderately quick and positive. The drink station is cramped up with the entrance right next to the ordering counter and the tables are barely spaced out.

There’s one guy working the window every time I come and he is so calm and respectful. I came today at the wrong time because so many people were here at the same time. And it seemed swamped. This lady at the front was giving him attitude, and it’s really not his fault that there’s like 20 different orders at the same time. He was so nice to this rude lady!!! Hats off to him! He’s tall, with dreads, really nice!! I would’ve told that lady get out my store. But he was so respectful. Update, a really sweet, sassy employee got there a little after 6, and he was ontop of things! Thank yall!!!
