Came in here with some kids who did not know what they wanted. But the cashier was patient and got all the orders right. Food took awhile. But service was so good I didn't even mind the wait.

Just went to this McDonalds in Midlothian. They would not honor 4 coupons for a child. 1 hamburger, 1 apple slices, 1 chocolate milk, 1 ice cream cone. I was on my way to pick up my Granddaughter from piano class and it's a little late. So I figured I stop first and as soon as she gets in the car she can eat. They want to give me only 1 of the coupons. Really??? Petty. I will be posting them all over Facebook and all other Social Media. I spend alot of money there and You do this to your customers, let alone a child. My Granddaughter cut out these coupons and gave me specific instructions. But that's OK. I will NEVER come to this McDonalds again. I've been doing these Valentine's coupons with My granddaughter since she could eat. Im so upset about this. I could buy all this stuff but it was the fact she wanted to use her coupons. I will tell everyone about how we were treated. So don't go to this McDonalds. They are mean and nasty to great customers.

I had mistakenly order for curbside pickup instead of a drive through order and my cousin had gone for my order since I’m working and he had called me since they couldn’t find my order and a worker was on the phone with me and was so rude and told me to stop wasting her time.

It’s sad that when you walk in a NO ONE greets you! I had Three employees look at me standing at the counter. NO ONE greeted me. NO ONE said someone will be with you shortly. They just looked and went on with whatever they were doing. The drive thru wasn’t that crowded. And the inside Definitely wasn’t. A young lady came from the back greeted me and took my order. I asked for her name because I wanted her to be recognized. But I also wanted let her employer know that she a GREAT worker. Her name is Charquetta. Not only did she take my order. She was pleasant & polite. She smiled & said yes ma’am. You all need to hire MORE employees like her. Thank you AGAIN CHARQUETTA! I hope you serve me again.

It's disappointing that it seems everytime we come to this location they mess something up. This last time they charged me for a double hamburger plain (which is what we wanted) and they only put one patty on the burger. I just want what I paid for.

Food Luke warm and I received unsweetened tea, when I ordered sweet tea, very disappointed on this purchase
On 1/5/25, I ordered meal with Large Tea, when I received my order I got a small tea, I clearly ordered a Large never small but cashier did not want to change because someone did not put my order in correctly; Hopefully Crestwood treat there customers better. Cashier was young with smart mouth/attitude. Young man with black nail polish that took my money and repeated my order correctly. So somewhere there was a disconnect at pickup.

I am in this place, I asked for someone who spoke Spanish, they got upset, I asked for my food when I paid and they gave me my food. I told the person who served me that if he could give me bags of mayonnaise and ketchup, he would approach another person who speaks Spanish. I don't know if it's the manager or I don't know and he was very despotic and he reluctantly told me we don't have mayonnaise we don't sell mayonnaise anymore I don't know when we stopped making it but we don't sell it anymore I didn't know about mayonnaise and the envelopes They sold Capsule I always buy McDonald's and I always order mayonnaise and Capsule and they had never told me that they sold it. I don't know if this man's annoyance was because I asked to speak in Spanish 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ and for ordering sweet tea they want to charge me extra when at no other McDonald's have they charged me extra because I always order the sweet tea anyway, I honestly think their annoyance was because I asked to speak in Spanish

They will forget your food on mobile orders. And they do not answer the phone when you call about replacing or just getting the food. Do not recommend. Especially if you’re on a time crunch for a lunch break.

Worst McDonalds I have ever been too ever. Doordashed this place one time and it took over two hours, food was cold and had the order completely messed up. I suggest never going here because they simply don’t care.
