We ordered to meals, as we were taking it to go, we decided to sit there and eat. As soon we opened the bags my son started eating his fries, and he found a bug on his fries. We took it back to the counter, and the manager seemed to have an attitude about it, and said “it’s not her fault it’s warm outside and bugs are out”. This is truly unacceptable, please people be careful when eating out, and check your food before putting it in your mouth. Before she gave me my refund she asked me to give her back the drinks that came with the meal. I made sure to give her, her drink back.

So i went through the drive through today and i ordered a double quarter pounder meal, 10 piece chicken nugget meal, and a bigmac meal and I’m guessing she didn’t hear me or something i even repeated my self at the window and all i got was quarter pounder, bigmac, 1 large fries, and large drpepper and she charged me for it when i repeated what i wanted so i had to go back inside reorder everything again and the machine never gave me my receipt and they forgot my fries again with the meals so now i have no way to prove items are missing

Every single time I come to this place they half fill up my smoothie and are shocked when I say fill the cup up. I mean you’re charging full price for it and giving me half that’s a problem.

I go there everyday. I stop the window give my code and watch 3 cars in the other lane move forward. Employees are not trained well. Managers are not paying attention to their shifts. Ketchup is pouring out the sides of cheeseburgers. Rarely are the fries hot. The coke does not have that signature flavor. How do I know all this. I just turned 70. Been eating at McDonald's on 66 and Stoney Island Chicago. Ate there everyday at 48th and Cicero for nine years 1960 69. Hamburger fries and a cook like 32 cents. Bring back the old apple pies. I know what I'm talking about. Fix this location 146th and Crawford, Midlothian. Illinois.
I use the buy one get one code sporadically. This is the first time they have stated that they can only accept them if I purchased from this specific McDonald’s…as someone who travels for work I’m all over the Chicagoland area so I don’t understand why the sudden change in policy.

McDonald's at 14601 Pulaski in Midlothian is awful. No compassion or empathy for seniors. A senior moving slow and struggling to bend to clean up her cone that she dropped was mistreated. No one cleaned up her spill, plus the Hispanic male manager did NOT want to replace her $1 cone for free. She needed to pay for another one. Disgusting. I paid for her cone. Manager could have showed empathy and gave her a free one or he could have taken it out of his own pocket. Is McDonald's that hard up for money? I've had numerous problems at this place. They don't pay attention to customers. They look at you but don't approach you for your order. I've hard to knock on the window thru the drive thru BC it took a long time for my order and no one opened the second window to tell me when my order will be ready. Not friendly, dirty, service takes too long. Go to a better McDonald's or go to KFC across from them. I'm heading back to burger king.
