The food is good but the service not so much. The girl that always takes the orders is always rushing and never even lets me finish ordering, then she doesn’t get the full order right and have to reorder at the window once I get my food because she missed items I ordered on top of that with an attitude. Definitely not the first time with her.

They take a while to greet you at the drive thru. I'm not sure if they wait for the order of the car to be completed but it was a long wait. Aside from that they don't get your card and total when you arrive at the window either. Different atmosphere compared to the mr subs in joliet.

Sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes with no other cars there then tried to call the phone because nobody would help me meanwhile I’m saying hello multiple times louder and louder than I pull up honk my horn as I’m calling the phone. I hear the phone ring and I see two employees just sitting there showing each other stuff on their phone, blatantly ignoring me so then I started to honk honking multiple times. I was finally spoken to just to inform me they’re only doing cold sub sorry. It was one large and one small female again just going out of their way to completely ignore me very disappointed with the service

I might be spoiled by other locations, but this location doesn’t not provide the service nor food quantity of other locations. Compared to other places they seem to use half the amount of meat. Definitely will not stop here again.
