Service was horrible. Food was dry and bland. Went with my sister and she said she saw a roach in the bathroom. Don't waste your time or money. I'm surprised they're still open.

I ordered 2 veggie taco's, l could have made what l ordered at home, l should have took a picture, l ate their , the rice was over cooked, the flour shell was not grill, way to much lettuce, l asked for light onions, they gave me about 3 that were also not grilled, hardly no cheese, with tomatoes, l told the man tjis is not how they were in my carry out, l said they did not want them, they did not try to make the situation suitable for me and said they make the carry out taco different from dining in, now does that make any sense, the carry out tacos l ordered last time were folded grilled with grill onions, and not an excess of lettuce and sour cream , the ones l had in eating were bland and snasty, on taco tuesday, l will not go back ever, then they got an attitude with me.

It's been a while since I went to this location. So I decided to go recently and I have such regret !! When I entered there was only one customer in there and one cook, and two servers. The server came with chips and salsa. The chips were stale and the salsa was EXTREMELY OK. ( I should have left but I stayed.) And ordered a lunch entree and a drink (Just an FYI there lunch specials are $14.00 and up AND NO the portion is NOT WORTH IT!) The entree had OLD FOOD mix with fresh food!! The pop tasted like plastic!!! I would have complained but I was so disgusted I just wanted to pay and leave!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant. And that's why I gave it the rating that I did !!!!

Worker at the front (refused to give name) wears glasses is rude as hell. My family and I order all the time. He would not give me special price for Thursday. We order every Thursday and get the special and have been ordering for years but he acting dumb. He must be new. Terrible customer service and will never order here again. Asked for a manager and supposedly there’s no manager 🤦‍♀️ and I know the managers here cause she’s in a maroon shirt but she’s probably lazy or maybe she’s protecting her son. they need to hire better workers.

The one in crestwood on cicero got my order for the beef soup wrong . 2 times. Got my taco order wrong same day. . I wonot go back there

I ordered a guisado de res and all I got was half a pint of some crap. I have ordered this before and never received this

The food is not good Ben that great at this location and it is expensive

So the atmosphere was nice. It is a mixed crowd. The food comes out super fast. There is a bar for different type of alcoholic beverages if you choose. Tho I didn't receive one, they were giving out roses to most of the women or females for Mother's day.
