Sharks Fish & Chicken

This place is trying to scam people. Very poor communication and very poor customer service. Phoned in an order and they got it completely wrong, no indication how much I was paying for on my side of the screen until it’s too late. I implore everyone to try a different sharks other than this one. Highly recommend the one in Posen or the one by Homewood.

Never again. Decided to try this location since I frequent the area alot. Chicken was greasy and didn't smell like it was cooked in fresh oil. Stomach was hurting and tied up in knots after eating this disgusting chicken.

I don’t feel safe eating foods with plastic in it from burned styrofoam, put another parchment paper on top of hot foods so styrofoam won’t burn on foods,or change it to containers that doesn’t burn by hot foods

This place needs to update Uber eats/Dash Delivery service. Everytime I order, the driver has to wait minimum 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. I leave Xtra tip to driver because of slow service, not driver fault. Fix your system! Really ignorant to driver

This was my first time to a Sharks Fish & Chicekn, and I wasn’t sure what to get.
At first I thought I’d get shrimp, but I decided I wanted fish. Then it was a question of a fish burger or a fish sandwich. I asked the two young adults I saw working, what kind of fish, and they said catfish. I had never had catfish before, but I decided to try it and I’m glad I did. I let them decide between the burger or sandwich, and the woman said burger because she liked the bun.
So, I ordered a fish burger with everything, which ended up being a filet broken in half with a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo.
It was made fresh to order and tasted great!!

The breading was crunchy, and the fish was perfectly cooked, not overdone. Their catfish was very mild, which I’m happy about. Most of the flavor came from the breading and the mayo based sauce.

They also gave me fries to try. These are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. They are thicker than most place’s fries, almost like steak fries, but they are battered rather than having skin on them. I enjoyed them.

All in all, I’m thrilled to have stopped by and given this place a try. I will be back to try more.

Nice sized wings, catfish nuggets were very tasty, the mild sauce had a really good flavor. Was very happy with the portions.

Loved this place for sure coming next time, the workers are extremely nice, friendly, and thoughtful. And the food is very crispy, delicious, flavorful, and delightful. I suggest coming to this place if you love fish and chicken. 🫶🏻

Parking: There are a ton of parking and its really easily to park and has a electric car charging

The food is ok. Last time I went I ordered jalapeño poppers and they just gave me jalapeños from a jar. Kind of disappointed.
