I’ve been a residence in the Midlothian and Crestwood District for a very long time and I’ve never experienced this type of experience at this location in the last 15 to 20 years. I’ve been in the area me and my lady decided we’re gonna stop and get some sandwiches and some cheese fries and I get home and I have barbecue on my sandwich and I don’t know how I got barbecue my sandwich because as I directed a a king size turkey sandwich no tomato extra lettuce extra mayonnaise. I didn’t get nothing on my sandwich that was correct. I called back to talk to the manager and the manager is telling me to bring come back and remake the sandwich. I need something for the inconvenience of me coming back and their mistake and she couldn’t do anything about it so I asked for a refund. This is not right how to handle this stuff. I would never be going back or never recommend anyone. Manager to handle that situation like that it’s kind of wrong because we spent $30 on 23 items and you’re telling me for coming back for your inconvenience. You can’t give me anything even if it was a shake or a bag of chips or something just for me coming back and you guys couldn’t do that. That’s sad and terrible customer service drive-through always mean never a smile on her face. It’s just a terrible place is just going downhill I would expected higher standards from this place being around for so long.
