This is the worst of the worst white castle I've ever been to. I've had to come back several times for a messed up order and waited 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and they still came out cold..I just fell in love with the breakfast but now I have to find another restaurant. They are only good if miss Simone is there

This is a bad White Castle. Prepare to wait and also have your food done improperly. If avoid this one. Drive thru sign is falling apart. You can see how dirty the kitchen is from the drive thru.

I left a bad review about this place previously (night time visit almost 2 years ago) and wish maps would allow additional reviews for places. My schedule changed and now I have gone to this location a few mornings after work. The staff is incredibly pleasant and courteous. Order is normally accurate and timeliness is very good. The staff at nights has also turned over a bit and my visits during that time have been very good too. The staff has always been very nice, courteous and pleasant regardless. Now the orders are completely accurate every time I go as well. There have been times I’ve visited with “possibly intoxicated/unruly” patrons already in the inside. The staff is very good at handling the situations in a polite way-even with poorly mannered customers.

You know I think it’s pretty pathetic when someone that has bad eye sight so they ask how much the price of it is because the lettering is too small for me and some ignorant rude employee that clearly doesn’t want to be at her job says “ it says it on the menu screen “ so I say “ uhm I can’t read that that’s kinda the whole point on why I asked you “ and then gets more of an attitude and says “ well it says it right there “ I pulled off because after over 20 years of going to this location I refuse to give my money and service to a location that’s always forgetting to put all the condiments on my burgers usually in the first place let alone getting talked to like that! I’m going to a different one from now on because I’m glad it was me a 30 year old and not any elderly because that’s disgusting behavior to have at a job where customer service is suppose to be at its peak but instead you have some young arrogant girl saying rude things to people just trying to ask for some help!
