Had a taste for some sliders. Woman at counter was friendly. Food took awhile but, was freshly made. Some of the staff needs to be a little more upbeat. Hard to enjoy meal with disinterested, or glum employees.

It's not the best experience with the food. Cheese wasn't melting to the burger like usual. The bun was like it was kinda reheated but not hot. If that make sense, I'm just a little disappointed, but then again, it's fast food. I wouldn't be complaining, but the service indoors was also not up to par. The restaurant needs some ventilation because it was smokey when I walked in. No real greeter or even a hi. I let the guy with his back to me know i had a pick up order and id like to place an order. He called another guy to take my order. The person that took my order was okay it was just quite a disappointing experience.

Went to the White castles in Midlothian Illinois this morning. Spent $5. Got two cheeseburgers and a small hash brown. Waited over 10 minutes for my food. When I got it the hash browns were so greasy I couldn't even eat them. I could squeeze it out of there. The cheeseburgers were smashed in the box. Dried up hard crusty bun and dried up pickles. What's going on? You need to get some help in that one. Also took her like 2 minutes to give me my credit card back which I hope nothing was compromised. It's not that hard. It's not like it was busy. It's 11:00 in the morning. Nobody ahead of me. Nobody behind me. Every time I go there it's something

So they are doing this thing now where someone comes to your car and takes the payment then you wait for your food. Dumbest idea ever. Usually spend about 20 mins in drive thru but been here for about 35 mins. Taking our payments then moving slower than usually is outrageous.
