Went on Tuesday 09/03 at 5:30 (they time they’re supposed to open) sat for 15-20 minutes to get my coffee before work, and it appeared that nobody was there. There was nothing posted about them opening later in the day. Assuming that whom ever was supposed to be there was not there. What a shame. Had to go to scooters… YUCK!

The food is basic frozen junk that is way over priced for what it is. Bland. The Taco salad is so sad and gross. The malt was good, even if i the staff forgot to bring it out to my car where they had me pull up while they made it. I was the only person there yet they forgot to bring it out after making it. I had to back up to the drive through, knock and ask for it. After waiting 15 minutes. It has melted a bit. I guess I interrupted the kids working there from their conversation because they never said a word, just got it and handed it out the window and immediately shut the window after. McDonald's is better which isn't saying much. Sad as I prefer to support small business. Won't be going back.

I have patronized this place almost on a weekly basis. Tonight we sat in the drive thru for a good 10 min. We were car #3. I had been recommending their ice cream cones to friends today and thought we’d grab one on the way home. Now Car #2 and I was so disappointed at the behavior happening with the window (worker) and the car in front of us. They received their products and proceeded to throw their straw wrappers outside the car window while talking to young worker. Not 1 wrapper but two. They then proceeded to visit with one another. Now we have two workers visiting. All while we are just sitting behind them watching. We waited so long we just about left. Still cannot believe the behavior.

Excellent coffee, but they didn’t have any food that I could order at the time. They also spread their menu wrapping around the building in the drive thru, which is a bit odd, but friendly staff and I enjoyed my drink.

I don't visit Milan much but when I do I always come to this place. Definitely a must try if you live in the area or just visiting

They need to get tops for the med Sundays. Going through the drive through it's hard to handle uncovered cones. They looked great but then putting them in a cup was just terrible. The young lady was great and tried to accommodate us.
